屬於在半山腰上的觀海民宿，房間面積應該沒有介紹上説的30平方，不包早餐，這個價格值價比一般，但自駕東江湖沿岸景色不錯，值得一去

前台小姐姐很親切、熱情接待，介紹周邊美景，還幫忙聯繫了自行車環湖遊，我訂的是湖景房，可以看日落日出，小露台上喝茶賞景很愜意，房間乾淨整潔。還贈送了早餐，本來訂的是2晚臨時改變行程退掉一晚過程很順利。

木質小樓，在一個小山上。湖景房正對湖面，躺在床上就能賞湖，可惜沒能看到水上日出。淋浴水很大，這一點非常好。房間樓下有草坪，有搖椅、吊牀，晚上還有KTV，小朋友很喜歡。老闆人非常好，退房後騎車把我們送下山，又送到坐車的地方

房間很乾凈，裝修很有國風。民宿位於小山頂上，看日出美景非常棒，而且整個湖盡收眼底，真的可以躺着看美景。民宿到碼頭走路就是十五分鐘左右，下了小斜坡就到了，非常方便。吃的，玩的，美景全部可以享受。店長和服務員都很熱情好客，服務很細心。還有衹可愛的小狗狗，愛粘人又好玩。這裏晚上還可以在民宿門前唱卡拉OK，好有氣氛。不錯的選擇，值得推薦👍👍👍

湖景房窗外景色太美了！早餐也挺好吃的，有蒸玉米、水煮蛋和米粉（早餐包含這三種）餐廳就在隔壁很方便，在那裡吃了兩頓午飯味道真的可以，客棧離商業區也不遠，走路十分鐘以內就到了。
有點小建議，房間的燈稍微有點暗，這個房間衹開的了床上那個燈，壁燈不知道是壞了還是沒裝？燈光再亮些會好點，還有洗手間應該裝個浴簾好些，不然洗完澡會弄的浴室都是水，不過都是小問題，總體還是很滿意，很推薦大家來入住！

位置在半山坡上，正對着湖，很休閑的民宿，就是因為天氣的原因，晚上的星星和早上的日出都美看成有點小遺憾，老闆人很好，在他家訂了鳳凰島登島遊很實惠，也很好玩。
