民宿位置很好找，周邊環境也很不錯，房東很熱情，到了小區門衞保安會幫你指路停好車。進房後就很有家的氛圍，我們一大家子出門，住着很舒服，每個房間都有單獨的衞生間，這樣避免了洗澡等待的尷尬。非常好的住宿體驗。

房東貼心接待和解答
離景點走路十分鐘不到
路上很多早餐都很便利
房間比較寬敞 客廳兩台洗衣機
還有廚房和茶台
住民宿有一種好就是有家的感覺
而且小夥伴又不用分開這麼遠
晚上還能小聚以後各自回房間睡覺🤣

為了躲颱風特意跑出來，還好運氣爆棚。熱心的房東推薦的景點性價比都不錯，霧漫小東江也看到了，高椅嶺，馬皇丘都不錯。唯一遺憾的仰天湖沒去成，下次來郴州還住這家民宿。再來看美女房東，嘻嘻！

停車方便，就在小區裏面，樓下就可以停車，也不用收停車費是自己家裡套房改的民宿，一共有3間房，每個裡麪裝修風格都不一樣小姐姐服務很熱情，有啥不懂的都會耐心講解，推薦了幾個味道不錯的飯店，還有旅遊路線

民宿在一個老的居民小區，當時主要想離景區近一點（後面才發現景區外都是酒店和民宿，選擇很多）。週六入住，房費500多，離遊客中心走路10分鐘。關鍵衞生太差，沒有人服務（老闆的服務僅限於把你引導到民宿，給你發景區遊玩的注意事項，關於住宿用的物品什麼的回覆都是沒有），吹風機的一角都融化了又生了銹，看着都不敢用，問老闆有沒有其他的？還是説沒有！這是有多困難！這麼不安全還一直放在房間用，安全意識也太差了！出了問題怎麼辦！就個人來説，以後還是會選正規酒店，其他的還是算了。
