這是一個我住得捨不得退房的民宿！！！
服務真的太太太周到了！
1.還沒出門就已經出門迎接，幫忙拿行李
2.遇到問題會親自上來幫忙，我需要晾衣服，就立馬上來告知晾衣架在哪裡。
3.我們點了外賣，在閑暇時間，還會幫忙送上來。
4.我們退房後發現落下了三樣東西。還貼心的寄回。
服務真的已經是無可挑剔了！

民宿離小東江景區大概開車5分鐘左右，樓下就是東江湖，景色很美。房間設施很新，全屋智能化，非常方便。還有個超大幕布投影儀，小孩子很喜歡。管家服務態度很好，給出行提供了很多建議，下次來郴州還訂這家

設施：還算齊全，房間能提供一個小冰箱那就更完美了
衞生：整潔乾淨，提供一次性浴巾和洗臉巾
環境：民宿在一個住宅區裏面，周邊生活機能還算方便，步行去東江湖大概要十五分鐘左右
服務：服務到位，管家會在入住前聯繫，告知一些入住細節，入住後都會不定時發温馨提醒

住過最好的民宿，沒有之一。兩位老闆非常好，各種推薦好吃的，幫我們團購門票，真是有求必應。最最關鍵是酒店的裝修很有品味，特別出片。酒店外面就是東江湖，睡在床上就可以欣賞霧漫東江。早晚都可以在江畔跑步好涼快！非常開心的一趟旅途！感謝山外，下次還來。

體驗感非常棒！和家人自駕到郴州，出發前臨時訂的山外民宿，很是滿意，來到看到房間比圖片還美！前台小易特親切，幫我們拿行李，貼心❤️。還推薦飯店和遊玩路線！衞生也很乾凈，浴缸刷的反光的亮，兒子泡澡好開心！下次再來郴州還會來山外！

東江湖山外民宿的體驗遠超預期，優點足以覆蓋小缺憾。選址鬧中取靜，推窗即見青山，晨霧漫湖的景緻更是絕無僅有；房間設計雅緻，床品舒適，公共區域的茶歇區讓人能愜意沉浸在湖光山色裏。服務貼心，推薦當地美食時格外周到。
小問題是淋浴水温偶爾忽冷忽熱，洗澡得多留意；智能家居雖先進，卻因過於“自動”少了手動調節的靈活，比如燈光模式切換不夠隨心。另外民宿沒有接送服務，出行需提前規劃。但這些都不影響整體好評，下次來東江湖仍會選擇這裏。

就是頂層空調涼得有點慢，加上大面積窗户，房間温度好一會才降下來，希望以後可以提前開空調🥲除此之外，民宿裝修很有設計感，地段環境服務都很好，關鍵是很乾凈，用的東西也比較有品質，落地窗景很好看，總的來説推薦

環境：（超出我意料之外）
1：就在東江邊，晚上休息超安靜，空氣清新，智能電器，還有一個小陽台適合親子家庭的我們晾曬，2個小孩超級喜歡這房間；
2：大堂休息的地方非常有詩意；
服務：必須要點贊👍👍👍
1：我們預訂的是7.4下午入住，由於我們下午去仰天湖玩下午19點20才到達，到達後店家立即奉上西瓜解暑，熱情的帶我們到房間並且耐心解釋使用方法；
2：次日早上遊玩時由於🌞過猛，導致朋友不太舒服取消下午的行程，店家知悉後立即關心我們是否中暑了，並通知晚班的夥伴們帶上2包夏桑菊給我們使用，非常的有同你心❤️；
3：第3天早上得知最後一班船的時間後也是立即電話通知我們留意時間回程；
總體服務槓槓的，家人們如果你想去小東江遊玩建議考慮一下哦🙄，不錯的選擇
