First off. Yes, it's very chilled and there are alot of steps. Any sort of research before hand would tell you that!! We wanted a nice chilled holiday in coratioa and that's exactly what we got!! Can't vouch for the pool area as we had a swim up room which was absolutely amazing!! Although a little cold but we did book put of season. Lots of steps but also plenty of lots to get you around, steps in a hotel built into a mountainside? Who would have though lmao!! The views are Absolutely spectacular!! We even see dolphins swim past the hotel one evening, as we were sipping cocktails by the pool!! Absolute hates off to Felipe the bar manager! Made us feel very welcome from the first nite!! 100% do the cocktail making 1 nite!! Also a special thank you to Jessica and Frida!! We had a good laugh with jessica by the bar, during the cocktail evening and Frida, who helps with the excursions was helpful and friendly!! Absolute credit to tui!! Really don't know how people can complain about the food, not a huge amount of variety but everything we had was delicious!!! You even get 1 free nite in the a la carte restaurant!! Would 100% return!!

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Tui Blue Adriatic Beach hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed with a cold refreshing drink & asked to fill a form in (name, pp details etc). Someone helped with our luggage First impressions of our room was nice & bright but basic. Shower floor was very slippery, not sure if it what is being used to clean it. The beds are very comfy. Food was ok, nothing special just your average buffet food, except for one night where it was very very poor. The outside terrace is nice with beautiful views & comfy chairs. An issue we found is that every table in the bars, reception, terrace, are very very low down. It was also a struggle to get a table some nights so I dread to think how people go on peak season. The pool & snack bar area is very tired looking & overall the hotel is in need of a make over & spruce up. The issues I feel could be better is having fresh fruit juices at breakfast not just stuff from a machine that tastes like very cheap cordial, again soft drinks such as coke & lemonade used for mixers tastes very cheap esp the coke it was awful. Teaspoons are non existent. A mirror at the dressing table would be great. Coffees served at the coffee bar were never hot, warm at best. Some staff are very nice & friendly yet others are just simply rude. We enquired about upgrading to the premium drinks but at €35 pp/pn is ridiculous especially when I purchased a "premium" cocktail for €8 and they use the local alcohol that is used for drinks in the all inclusive anyway, Overall we had an ok stay, Croatia is absolutely beautiful but I would not return to this hotel as I feel there is much much better quality hotels for the money we paid. I don’t think this hotel is a 4* I think it’s definitely more a 3* tui advertise their blue hotels as total indulgence & luxury but the Adriatic beach is certainly not “total indulgence”

It’s now been nearly 3 weeks since we got home and we just want to return. Like many, after reading some reviews we were a bit doubtful but so glad we stuck with it. This hotel was just the best place to relax and chill. If you’re in any doubt the ignore the naysayers this place is just heaven (although just a couple of niggles). A - being all inclusive it’s a shame not all the drinks are free, you have to pay extra for premium brands. B - The hotel needs to address the location of sun beds as from what we saw there’s plenty of scope to make a beautiful section away from the pool C- the pool bar needs updating, the staff are hard working but the space they work in is lacking Now for the good bits - we booked a swim up room and if your budget allows then do it. We spent our mornings in our pool and on our verandah and after lunch headed to the beach. Beach shoes are a must but the sea is just, well just, beautiful to sit and swim in. We were aware of the whole paying for sun beds issue so we took our own beach chairs and parasol which gave us the freedom to choose where we sat. The sunsets were amazing. We didn’t partake of any activities as it’s not our thing but there were plenty on offer. The food was lovely and yes the staples (salad, pizza etc) were always there but always a great choice. Hubby had catfish, shark, mussels, salmon, hake …I could go on! The culinarium was lovely and worth a visit. We did a couple of trips, the sunset cruise to Makarska and the day trip to Dubrovnik which we highly recommend but take plenty of water, cool towels and fans if you have them as it was extraordinarily hot the day we visited. Makarska was worth a visit but definitely at night however if you go on the boat make sure you sit at the back as everyone at the front got drenched. As you look at the sea to the right there are a couple of guys who offer parasailing and jet skiing, we did both and can thoroughly recommend, we paid cash for these. The staff went above and beyond and were always very pleasant. Thea’s coffee bar was a must for iced coffees. The little gift shop stocks a good range of things but only takes cash so be aware. All in all a fantastic holiday, we look forward to returning some day.

We loved our 1 week stay at the end of August 2024. As a family of 6, age ranges from 21 to 50 and one with Coeliac Disease it can be difficult to find a location that works for you. This hotel was spot on! We enjoyed the various forms of entertainment each night and got ourselves used to the activities a couple of weeks before we travelled by logging into the hotels app - this was a good way to get to grips with it all ahead of the holiday. The waters are beautiful and clear and we enjoyed snorkelling, walking to nearby towns, a day trip on a boat around Hvar (organised separately), making the most of the entertainment on offer from silent discos to yoga. There was something for all. The coffee bar is a great addition, perfect for picking up water, coffees and the best mojitos! In terms of being a celiac, all the food is labelled well with separate serving spoons, and typically the gluten free options are clustered together which increased our confidence. There were no signs of cross contamination all week - well done Tui! The sunsets and sun rises were fabulous! Particular shout outs to Robert who was an excellent waiter in the evenings and Adina, Anita and many others for making our holiday great.

This trip was the first TUI trip I have done and I can say I have no negatives to say. The hotel was gorgeous, modern and very clean. All the staff spoke amazing English (and other languages), greeted you everytime they saw you, took time out of their day to accommodate to whatever you needed and were so on the ball. For example, in the dining area, staff were straight over to you offering you a drink, cleared your plate once you were done eating within 2 minutes max and such a brilliant turn over time between each table clearing. A safe, calming environment with so many things to do. And although there is quite a few steps to the pool/beach, it burnt off all those yummy all inclusive deserts! Amazing food and drinks too. And the A La Carte restaurant was GORGEOUS, and free for the all inclusive! Definitely returning

I’m writing this review on day five of my holiday. After reading previous reviews I actually asked to change hotels. It wasn’t possible and I am so pleased. I love this hotel for so many reasons. I have complex allergies and the hotel have been fantastic. Thank you to Nicola in the restaurant. I feel so spoilt. The hotel is a bit remote but go to the beach, turn left and find beauty. The hotel is spotless, the food is great, the welcome is fab. We’ve had a bit of rain but it’s not cold and it is gorgeous. Loving my hols and I’m already worried about having to leave. Thank you to the TUI BLUE team, another fab experience.

Honest factual opinion. 1. Food -every day the same, nothing traditional. Warm at its finest. Put it this qay -you had to eat not be hungry. 2. A lot of steps -from pool to rooms, from beach to rooms. To our room we had 100 steps -yes I vounted them. 3. Entertainment ,- besides live music,bingo,queez..nothing.No Croatian evenings. 4. Seating on a upper floor to listen to music - not enough spaces. If you were late you had no place to seat. Massive hotel , not enough seating. First time after being on Holiday - i have learnt nothing about Croatian food, culture. No Croatian shows, dances, music. Location is beautiful with amazing places to take pictures but everywhere is far away- to Makarska town 40km away. I will come to Croatia but not to this Hotel. I would not recommed it unless you want chill out, do nothing. Really shame because Croatia is beautiful country.

Fantastic food and lovely vibe. Beautiful beach metres away from the pool area. Great rooms - small but perfect for what’s needed. Only reason not giving 5/5 is because there’s a clamour for sun beds and nobody enforces the rule about not putting towels on them to reserve. Also, dining area staff constantly seem to drop cutlery as they clear tables and the noise is not conducive to a relaxing meal.

I thought the hotel was nice and the food was good and it is in a stunning location. It is quiet and that suited us fine. The staff were pleasant and our room was always spotlessly keen. However, we chose this hotel because you could sit on loungers on the beach and be away from people. We have no interest in being around the pool and near other people but prefer the peace of the beach. Between booking and arriving the hotel lost the contract for the beach loungers and it now costs 60 euro a day for a family of four. If we had known this we would have chosen another hotel. Everyone is now crammed in around the pool (and I mean crammed) or on the old beach volleyball court which is grubby and nowhere near four star. I felt like the holiday had been missold to us. Such a shame as there was so much else to like.
