I had a big lovely room with a beautiful view, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast excellent. Very nice hotel!

Ich komme gerne wieder
Manwurde sehr freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr groß. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und hat alles enthalten, was ich gerne mag.
Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkplätze, diese sind von 9Uhr bis 18Uhr kostenpflichtig - was auch kontrolliert wird.

Kleines,feines Hotel mitten im Zentrum Zimmer sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, Wasserkocher für den Tee und Kaffee zwischendurch, Karaffe frisches Wasser ( Zittauer Quelle ), kleiner Kühlschrank und Besteck für Selbstversorger möglich

Kaltes Zimmer
Das Zimmer war ein Eiskeller. Wahrscheinlich mehrere Tage nicht geheizt. Die Heizkörper wurden nicht wirklich heiß, um das Zimmer auf Temperatur zu bringen. Alle Heizkörper standen auf 0. Das geht im Winter gar nicht.
