I loved the experience. The services was great . The ambience was also good . I loved the food also . And i will come in this hotel again cause i liked this server harman . I loved the environment also . The restraunt staff also treated me very nicely .

Best western kiratpur was the worst hotel i stayed in my life, and the following are the reasons 1. I reached a hotel around 4 pm toured after a long drive, and my room was not ready. 2. When i pulled open the drawer beside my bed to keep my stuff, the handle came out. 3. The washroom door won't open from inside. You need to have someone outside to open it. Now imagine a solo traveler who might have been stuck inside and have not taken mobile phones ***** what would have happened to him as there is no intercom phone inside. 4. The water pressure inside the washroom was almost nil weather it was jet or washbasin. 5. You could easily hear the noise from the next room, even their snoring. It was a terrible stay to sum up.
