Una decepción de hotel, nos dieron una habitación sin ventana, con manchas en las paredes, no funcionaba el agua caliente a pesar de seguir las instrucciones de recepción del hotel y dejar abierto el grifo más de 15 minutos. En el restaurante había una fiesta con una música más allá de un volumen lógico que no nos ha permitido descansar. Llame a recepción para quejarme y me colgaron… mal trato en general, ya pueden mejorar su servicio. No lo recomiendo si se quiere descansar.

Only the ambiance is good — otherwise the overall experience was very disappointing. We placed an order worth more than ₹4,000, but nothing was tasty. We ordered Malai Kofta, which had a strong unpleasant smell. The waiting time was more than 45 minutes, and even the billing section staff did not have basic sense or courtesy while speaking. Very poor service and food quality from my side. Not recommended.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff lovely. And clean great food they included us in their Christmas cake making ceremony . Will definitely be back soon Mr & Mrs Hayes UK

Amazing service and a really great vibe! The team was super friendly and attentive Mohit , Shivam , Chaman and the place itself felt cozy and inviting. Loved the atmosphere and can’t wait to come back again soon.
