Sleeping at night was super noisy. KTV was crying and howling. I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk. The front desk said to call KTV and asked them to keep quiet. Why do I feel that the sound is not small at all? Shouldn't you change me to a higher floor room? Not customer-centric, just want to perfunctory. It was about three o'clock in the morning before falling asleep. It was a very bad experience. I went for the brand Lifeng at the time, and I didn't expect to be extremely disappointed.

過來河源開會的，剛好這家酒店在江東新區，離學校很近，就很方便，果斷選擇預訂。住進來之後，各方面都不錯，前台有冷飲暢飲，在這炎熱的夏天恰到好處，看得出酒店服務好，很用心吖，客房也是近乎完美，乾淨，舒適，隔音比較好，服務員介紹説麗楓是慕斯床墊，躺在上面特別的舒服，因此就有一個好的睡眠。總之就很棒[強]

和姐妹一起來河源遊玩的，經過對比商量最後住這家酒店。主要是價格符合我們的標準，雖然價格挺便宜，但是酒店絕對的一流品質。入住時就感受到了酒店對客人的優質服務，有花茶和小毛巾，服務很與眾不同，入住時還贈送小禮品，很驚喜。走廊也很整潔，房間更是乾淨，蠻新的。住了一晚很滿意，以後我還會光顧。
