首先第一點服務絕對存在有問題，兩點退房、我需晚點退按鐘點房算，就一小時30，三個小時90、後續就差不多到點退房，前台應提醒不應該首先禮貌用語嗎？卻是要趕緊趕人走的語氣，到前台退房三小時不應該是90嗎？要收人100？我提出問題後，不耐煩的説給十塊錢給我？怎麼？本屬於我的錢，卻成了要飯的？這服務態度沒誰了，真給紫金張臉了！
