中秋節帶娃去玩，首先那裡基本啥也沒有，篝火也沒開，啥遊樂設施也沒看到。前台服務態度真是差，説晚上6點以後就沒飯。急忙急趕的，買個玉米，兩個人説的價格還不一樣，。早上早飯，説是9點半，9點不到的時候去，基本啥也沒有了，等個麪，那麼多人搶，都捨不得多煮點床單上有頭髮，衞生間很臭。。體驗感賊差，再也不來了。

第一次到宜昌旅遊，聽網上介紹芝蘭谷是一個小眾的度假地，夏天很涼爽，來了之後果然所言不假，不開空調都很涼快，即使是中午最熱的時候也衹需要空調扇。雖然在山裡，但是娛樂設施並不少，大人可以進去景區登山看風景，感受原始風光，小孩兒也有專門的遊樂場和水上樂園可以寄放，整體體驗，同時由於是旺季，酒店人員非常繁忙，工作任務很繁重，但是一直可以看到酒店經理在前台和遊客溝通，解決問題，也是頗為敬佩，為她的工作態度點贊。👍

現在到芝蘭谷非常涼爽，前台服務人員很熱情。房間感覺通風不是太好，整體不錯。帶着家人到周邊轉轉，還能搞一點自助燒烤，不錯。大堂的經理非常熱情周到，還耐心的做了一些簡單介紹[強]

蚊子太多，沒有驅蚊的東西，這麼熱的天帳篷裏面還是過冬用的厚被子，連毯子都沒有。

體驗感較差的一次出遊！首先是景點沒啥遊玩設施，除了一個僅有的小童樂園還要收費！剛下過雨桌子椅子臟兮兮滴，根本沒人打掃！其實是服務態度不好，愛理不理的，還特別拽！最後收費還貴，説好的可以點燒烤沒有了，自己帶燒烤全套還要另外收費100元！真是搶錢啊！我們本來就幾家人住在你們酒店，憑什麼借用個地方燒烤還收費這麼貴！我們不來你們這可能一個人都沒有！

可能是我們中秋節訂了房間，耽誤了服務員休息，感覺就我們幾家人過去，去了就説舞台沒有的，燒烤沒有的，沒想着還會有人來吧可能，不然大家都可以休假，沒辦法自己帶了燒烤過來，爐子説好了還需要的，第二天被一工作人員私藏了，還怎麼都不承認，幸好找出來了（租枱子100帶爐子就是 200，爐子還是有作用的）

酒店離滑雪場也很近，房間安靜乾淨整潔，服務態度熱情，酒店的餐廳也都是本地特色菜，色香味美，我們連吃兩頓，推薦入住！！

房間還是比較乾淨整潔，就是沒有空調，暖氣片也用不了，這個天兒真的冷，洗澡也冷，然後打前台電話也老是沒人接，就比較苦惱，夏天去估計好點兒，現在十一實在太冷了
