設施：太空艙比較悶。
環境：一個大石頭鋪的廣場，周圍什麼都沒有，小朋友花錢玩了一下充氣城堡，有點臟，優點是涼快。
服務：早餐券上沒有標記時間，入住時也沒有提醒。早餐是8點到9點，一家大小9點10分左右到餐廳已經沒有早餐，周圍什麼都沒有，衹能開車下山到秭歸縣城找吃的。作為周圍唯一的民宿，連早餐都不能保證。確實很失望。

很放鬆，天氣很舒適，沒有鬧市的熱燥。晚風拂面，真是天然的避暑場所。酒店的服務設施完善，不用擔心孩子沒有玩耍的地方，大堂的諮詢服務也很熱情，不虛此行。

300多元的貝殼帳篷竟然除了床啥都沒有，晚上10點多了換成標間竟然要按原價加錢才能住。唉，雖然我訂的時候是沒有認真看説明，但是我打了兩次電話都沒有人跟我提醒一下。雖然送了早餐券讓我好評，但心理還是不舒服😔畢竟除了涼快點兒，環境的確不值這個價。

中秋節帶娃去玩，首先那裡基本啥也沒有，篝火也沒開，啥遊樂設施也沒看到。前台服務態度真是差，説晚上6點以後就沒飯。急忙急趕的，買個玉米，兩個人説的價格還不一樣，。早上早飯，説是9點半，9點不到的時候去，基本啥也沒有了，等個麪，那麼多人搶，都捨不得多煮點床單上有頭髮，衞生間很臭。。體驗感賊差，再也不來了。

第一次到宜昌旅遊，聽網上介紹芝蘭谷是一個小眾的度假地，夏天很涼爽，來了之後果然所言不假，不開空調都很涼快，即使是中午最熱的時候也衹需要空調扇。雖然在山裡，但是娛樂設施並不少，大人可以進去景區登山看風景，感受原始風光，小孩兒也有專門的遊樂場和水上樂園可以寄放，整體體驗，同時由於是旺季，酒店人員非常繁忙，工作任務很繁重，但是一直可以看到酒店經理在前台和遊客溝通，解決問題，也是頗為敬佩，為她的工作態度點贊。👍
