1、節假日價格上漲幅度大可以理解 但是同一時間同樣的三人間 我在成都環球中心附近訂成300左右 自貢普遍800+ 但房價對不上設施服務態度 大家來自貢旅遊都是來消費的 自貢酒店隨意漲價真的吃相很難看。
2、入住以後晚上睡覺發現有空調外機噪音 就打電話給前台尋求解決辦法。前台派一個保潔上來看了一下 隨口一句“這個噪音都有 習慣就好”就走了。把我氣笑了。
3、攜程客服了解事情以後，要求酒店給我們打折被酒店拒絕了。最後衹能攜程做出賠償。這裏攜程服務態度很好，半夜12:00多還在處理問題。
最後自貢不會再來 也不會推薦朋友來。

酒店環境非常不錯，房間也大，我們去自貢看了燈會都已經很晚了，酒店前台，主動打電話聯繫我們，跟我們説停車位置，酒店環境也不錯，服務也相當滿意，設施也不錯，值得推薦，當時凌晨才到酒店所以沒來得及拍照上傳一些自貢燈會的照片大家看看也行😆酒店值得大家入住

進門打算泡杯咖啡，哪知道一塌糊塗，杯子沒洗，而且勺子🥄也沒洗，地板老舊的破裂掉皮，近200塊錢的房費早餐都不提供，還不如如家漢庭酒店呢
