優點：離高速出口近，離方特近，停車免費，車位很多，比較安靜，內部裝飾裝修還可以，設施設備不錯，加熱馬桶圈缺點：最大的問題就是空調的安裝位置導致整個兩層樓的房間一樓和二樓温度天壤之別，空調應該安到對面牆壁去而不是床這邊。説些細節，不算優缺點，因人而異：沙發床衹能適合於1.7以下人睡，廁所沒有門，一樓桌子較小，電視機附近的插座不夠多#房間設施

這輩子第一次住這種帶有加熱馬桶的民宿，用品一應俱全，有大衣櫃，有夕陽照耀的落地窗，雖然我用不上，但是總有人需要吧，並且價格很便宜，室外的佈置很精緻，接待的小姐姐很漂亮，保潔孃孃給人的感覺很親切，民宿挨着公交起點站，去哪都很方便，離恐龍博物館也就一公里路程，步行可達……民宿位於三樓，電梯可以直達，衹有空盪的小樓，小樓之間有天橋相連，周圍沒有商鋪，特別安靜，甚至可以聽見久違的蟲鳴聲，晚上打開樓頂的滿天星小燈泡特別有氛圍感，不管多晚回來，樓頂的“繁星”總在指引着方向……

就在自貢東站對面，離方特700多米，離燈會4公里，不僅方便，而且清凈，我住的LOFT，樓上2米大床，樓下沙發床，三個人住不得問題，洗澡水來得快，熱和！
房間外有露台，可以BBQ、喝茶，房間乾淨，客服人對對多對的，什麼需求都及時響應。
唯一設計的時候有點小缺陷，但是老闆正在修改，相信老闆會處理好。
停車免費，出門給停車票，場地很大，還有電車充電樁，很方便，很友好。
吃飯在旁邊皮革城樓下，早餐、中餐都有，味道也還行。
民宿性價比高，以後還會選擇，㊗️老闆生意興隆！

非常滿意的入住體驗，本來看到這價格有點忐忑，直到到了才放心，簡直出乎意料，非常乾淨整潔遠遠超過定的價格，房東小姐姐也特別熱情，問了有孩子了還單獨準備了小童洗漱用品，耐心的指引怎麼到民宿，以及去方特的注意事項，就像在當地有個朋友的温暖❤️屋外還有個小院子，很不錯，因為到的晚，房間小姐姐還叮囑民宿外的燈一直開着，很漂亮，推薦給朋友了，超值

過年期間住進來的，位置不錯離吃飯的地方不遠，去坐彩燈大世界的擺渡車也挺近，但是衞生間沒有門！一家三口住進來要上廁所得提前大聲報告:我要上廁所”避免有人走過來🤣🤣
