位置較偏僻，在還沒開發完的公寓裏面，樓下有點荒涼，一間公寓隔成上下兩個房間，略顯擁擠，不過房間配置還行，但是價格太貴了

環境還行，就是地方太難找，辦理住宿比較麻煩，大晚上到處找地方，房間設施一般，我以為是平常的那種酒店，結果是複式樓，一個門進去，住兩家人，我們在樓上還得爬樓梯，大晚上的還帶着小孩子推着嬰兒車，感覺住個酒店住的有點憋屈，要是早知道是這種酒店打死不會訂，就是因為訂的早退也沒辦法退…

房間是閣樓空間；衞生乾淨整潔；其最麻煩的一點是；登記入住的地方離房間的樓不在同一棟，有些遠；外面貼的引導標誌是比較考智商的；

過來遊玩網上定的這家民宿，整體感覺很不錯，衞生乾淨，佈局也不錯，酒店位置處於保利卓逸新天地商圈的公寓樓，商業配套也很齊全，這次入住感受很好

酒店服務態度挺好，唯一吐槽的就是辦理入住不方便，電梯各種奇葩。住宿樓和辦理入住的地方也不在一起，車也不好停，整個樓盤的電梯也沒有標識，地下室要麼沒電梯，要麼沒指示，電梯運行還出了問題，好在聯繫了酒店工作人員來解救了我們一家人。停車費説是24小時不限次數進出，今天早上退房還是被收了10多塊錢停車費，時間根本不到24小時。對酒店整體沒啥大意見，就是對周邊環境無力吐槽，這麼多年第一次給差評，差評一萬分都是給整個樓盤的電梯的，以前從來沒住過這麼奇葩的酒店。
