挺好的，一開始給我們的房間位置不好，然後和前台商量了一下同意給我們換房間，態度很好。房間很大，，挺乾淨的，衞生間和洗浴間是分開的就很好。唯一的缺點就是房間衹有黃燈，太暗了有點，但還是非常推薦。

Facilities: Huazhu's level is similar, the hardware is general, the room is not particularly spacious, a bit crowded. But the bathroom is particularly big and a bit funny. A family of three is also enough. I deliberately chose a double bed. After I checked in, I found that the bed was relatively light. With children, I could consider it and become a super big bed together. We also returned to our place before check-out. During the National Day, the room in Zibo is very tight. This location is better to walk to Vientiane Hui and the eight major situations in 20 minutes. There is really nothing to choose from temporarily. The price is generally more expensive. The price premium here is really exaggerated than Qingdao. It is usually less than 200, and the holiday is directly up and down. Breakfast is not included. However, the front desk recommended that we register a member 49 to buy a two-day breakfast for two people, which is still very suitable.

The place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.

I want to give 0 points for the facilities, but the lowest score is 1 point. The reasons are: 1. The air conditioning has a very poor heating effect. It was set to 32 degrees and it was only 24 degrees overnight. I don’t know where the cool air is leaking in the room. I checked the windows again and again to confirm that they were closed. I was so cold that I slept with my head covered at night. 2. The air conditioner made noise in the early morning, which was similar to the sound of a pair of scissors shaking quickly on the table. I could hear it with earplugs. I turned off the air conditioner for an hour and then turned it on again, and there was no sound. 3. The water temperature was too low when I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to take a shower. It didn't get hot after running the water for three to five minutes. 4. The shell of the TV remote control was used for too long and was too dirty. It felt dirty to the touch. These are the hotel's own problems and have nothing to do with any service staff. The front desk service is very good and the attitude is very friendly. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic and feels like a family. The facilities should really be checked! I was freezing to death when I slept at night and freezing to death when I took a shower in the morning!
