"Spacious and clean room with a great view from the 16th floor! The room layout recommended by Ting at the front desk was fantastic! She was also very patient in answering all our questions and helped us with parking. Thumbs up to her! The suite has two bathrooms and two sinks. The bedroom and living room are separate, and both are large. This suite is superb; I'm very satisfied with this stay!"

"My boyfriend and I chose this new hotel for our anniversary, and it was filled with surprises. It completely exceeded our expectations! From the attentive service we experienced upon arrival to the small gift upon departure, every detail made us feel we had made the right choice. When we checked in, the front desk agent, Mia, saw us holding a cake and greeted us with a smile, ”Are you here to celebrate your anniversary?” We were pleasantly surprised by her unexpected little surprise! Besides a quick check-in, she also gave us a pair of exquisite Zibo refrigerator magnets as an anniversary gift, wishing us sweet memories. This small gesture truly warmed our hearts and instantly boosted our love for the hotel! The free minibar was a huge plus! Enjoying a drink while watching a movie at no extra cost was such a great perk. For couples, this little perk truly enhances the feeling of staying in the room. The breakfast is truly commendable! It's not your typical buffet; it's packed with exquisite delights. The restaurant is also very pleasant, with sunlight streaming in. We had a leisurely breakfast, which was truly relaxing. The decor is our favorite minimalist style, and the lighting was perfect for my boyfriend's photos. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. This hotel truly understands the needs of couples and young travelers! The free minibar, delicious breakfast, and attentive service (especially the anniversary gift) all combined to create a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended for couples seeking a sense of ritual and quality of life!"

"Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon."

"The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. I especially liked it."

"Very satisfied. I'm not in the habit of giving reviews, but I feel I need to talk about this hotel. It's really cost-effective. I remember reading a review, and here's a quote: I'm not willing to give it 5 stars because I'm afraid it will increase in price in the future, haha, but I still have to give it 5 stars. Fruit and wok pancakes were also given. The wok pancakes were the only ones I had in Zibo. They were crispy, oil-free, and very delicious. There is lemonade and rose tea in the lobby. The service staff are friendly and smile warmly. It's great! Will definitely stay here next time, great! ! ! ! ! ! The room is very clean, the sheets are neat, and the mattress is very comfortable. I don't sleep well, but I slept well that night. The bed is very wide, it seems to be 2.2 meters. In short, it is very nice!!!!!! Zibo is very good! !"

"I went to Zibo Haidailou for a barbecue. The hotel I stayed in was in a very good location with convenient transportation. The room was clean and tidy, the decoration was exquisite, the bed was comfortable, and the service attitude was very good. I will stay in this hotel next time."

"I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."
