房間設計精緻，床墊比較舒服，冬天還有暖氣，衞生間乾淨寬敞，洗漱用品都是一次性的比較齊全，品質特別棒，酒店的服務人員態度熱情周到，早餐豐盛，好吃，附近交通也特別方便，出門就是出租車和公交站，出入特別方便，附近也有好多吃飯的地方，有大型的免費停車場，性價比特別高，以後出差就選這家了

多次入住酒店了，酒店位置很好，性價比高，環境好，有大的停車場，停車特別方便，衞生乾淨，窗簾遮光性比較高，房間隔音好，前台服務很好，前台還有附近景點和飯店的指引，很方便，大堂也很大，下次還會繼續入住

地理位置就不評價了，本來就是為了找價低的酒店才找這。不過因為我錯峯出行，八大局附近賓館價格也差不多這個價了，我有點後悔訂這麼遠。環境一般，鄰近馬路，車流聲還是蠻大的。衞生方面，我床頭旁邊的插座上有兩滴血跡，不知道誰的沒清理乾淨，我被蚊子咬了，起身之後還在床上看到一衹小蟲。窗簾遮光性不好，太陽升起我就被陽光叫醒。我花60升級了兩晚房間，總價格比我直接在攜程上預訂高，怪我當時偷懶找前台換。房間大部分衹值一百左右甚至更低（原先房間就是環境太糟糕所以升級房型）。附贈的早餐，咋説呢，一般。總體就是一般往下，唯一算得上還行的是某一個前台小姐姐，態度還可以。還有一點我挺不開心的，住了兩晚，向前台借個廁所也沒藉著，衹能跑去賓館附近的醫院廁所。去淄博的旅行，從賓館的不順利開始，但是各種方面的糟糕體驗一直持續到離開淄博。

酒店就在醫院旁邊，位置非常好，停車挺方便的。前台服務差，詢問事情總是愛答不理，與客人冷眼相對。樓道的地毯不平整很容易絆倒，酒店的電梯無需刷卡，任何人都可以進入，這一點不太安全。

屋裡特別潮，我在屋裡呆了五分鐘，我感覺我的衣服都是潮的，渾身發粘，地也不拖，衞生都沒有打掃吧？我真是無語死了，再也不會訂這家酒店，包括連鎖，第一次這麼不想回一個酒店，晚上寧願在外面溜達，我也不願意回去！！！永遠避雷，想訂的，趕緊跑！！！
