I found the name wrong after navigating to it, so I called the front desk. I called three times, but the name kept ringing and then hanging up. The fourth time, I got through. Couldn't they have informed the booker about the name change? The shower in the room I booked had a backflow. I asked the front desk to arrange for a security guard to come up and fix it, but after a long while, they said it couldn't be fixed until the maintenance department came back tomorrow. They told me to make do with a smaller shower. I called the front desk again to ask for a room change, but they didn't have any of the same type available, so I had to get a suite. This suite only had a king-size bed and a rollaway bed, so the child had to sleep on the rollaway bed. The stains on the sheets were clearly visible.
