設施：老酒店了，洗澡🛀🏻浴缸漏一地水……湊合用吧。房間晚上不開暖風的話有點冷……
衞生：衞生還可以，中規中矩
環境：就在王府井附近，離八大局也很近，去哪兒都方便，酒店有很大的停車場🅿️免費停車，值班的服務員叔叔特別熱情。
服務：服務員熱情禮貌，整體滿意

網上價格與線下價格一致。服務很好，前台主動免費幫我房型升級，服務員兩次送消耗品，衞生條件很好，設施齊全，周邊有晚餐餐飲酒店，交通方便，不遠處就是魯中機場候機樓，去濟南機場方便。

地理位置可以、八大局燒烤也近；停車場也大、適合自駕遊，但房間衞生一般、被子有油漬、床單上有毛髮；房間設施老舊、浴缸扶手把脱落、有浴簾掛鈎、但沒有浴簾、洗個澡水濺的地板上到處都是；早餐寫的是七點到九點、八點二十六包餛飩的大嬸就告知小餛飩沒有了、現包來不及，離收餐還有半小時。雞蛋炒西紅柿發現捲曲毛髮，我跟餐廳工作人員及時反映了情況、餐廳工作人員態度很好、表達了歉意、並詢問是否新煮一碗麪、並給打包了一盒餅乾。早餐、吃了雞蛋和水果、就這吧

設施：房間特別潮濕。
1、一個廁所門關不上，馬桶堵了，臭烘烘的。另外一個廁所排風是壞的。
2、淋雨水流滴滴答的水流，完全不能用。
3、大床房間窗户是打不開的（如圖）。兩個單人床窗户可以上懸打開，沒有紗窗，進蚊子。
4、有地毯臟舊。
衞生：很差勁房間潮乎乎的，住了一晚，脖子上起了疹子，到醫院看是過敏（有史以來第一次）
環境：到處都有地漏反味的潮濕和臭味。
床品很差，每年多次外出的我，第一次遇到這麼差的枕頭，空氣一樣軟，有很大異味。
服務：哎！客房服務員説實話，知道以上情況。前台客服一直敷衍，説沒有客户這樣反饋啊！都是好的。
早餐煮餛飩的阿姨，太辛苦，烙兩種餅，一個蔬菜餅、一個韭菜盒子，煎雞蛋，包混沌，煮餛飩。這麼忙碌很難有微笑服務了，很理解她太辛苦了。這是她領導安排的不合理。

酒店位置優越，離網紅餐館不遠，房間內鋪的地毯，另外一張小床應該是後加的，緊挨着窗户，淋浴需要站在浴缸裏，有掛簾子簡單的乾濕分離，但是沒有手持花灑，只有固定的花灑，也比較老舊，水流噴的到處都是。

房間特別潮濕，前台反饋是中央空調是水空調，開的時間長了，屋裡就潮濕，可是夏季高温又不能不開，一晚都是濕漉漉的，衞生環境也很差，門鎖入住後發現是壞了，經過維修後，能正常使用，可是這門的破損程度，酒店應該早就更換或維修。總之，這是訂房最不滿意的一次了。

大廳寬敞明亮，位置也還不錯，下高速一會就到了，停車場也很大，路過淄博住一晚搜到這家酒店，早餐很豐富，滿意；行政房間有點不匹配，不大，略顯侷促，都四鑽了還沒有配沒有小冰箱，明明上面貼着迷你小吧枱裏面卻空空如也；中央空調製冷很慢，都快一小時了室內温度還沒下來，通風時窗户能打開很大，帶小孩有安全隱患安，床上用品從被單到床單都很陳舊，衞生間裏天花板突然掉下牆皮，疏於修繕，應該做個吊頂；特色項目長廊燒烤沒有享受到，説是老闆朋友開的，去了以後説冰箱的串全凍到一起了拿不出來，不應該是新鮮現穿的嗎？遂去了酒店另一邊的燒烤，總之跟曾經住過的另一家淄博的某同樣級別價格相近的酒店有點差距。雖然如此，評價也還是給到大多滿意的好評，但離非常滿意還是有提升空間，希望酒店努力提升硬件。

訂的是家庭套房，但是房間裏的味道不是很好吧，雖然有浴缸和一次性的浴袋，但是放出來的水黃黃的像是很多年都沒有用過的山水的水根本就沒法洗澡，而且房間的佈局不是很好兩個房間之間也沒有牆隔起來只是簡單的玻璃門隔斷。

酒店位置不錯，家庭房間寬大明亮，大床軟卧舒適，美中不足羽絨被是冬被，太厚實，房間中央空調設定的23.5度，能調風速但温度不能調整。浴缸夠大，孩子喜歡，雙衞方便，只是老式馬桶有一個沖水下水很慢。
酒店早餐豐富，幾十種美食、點心，還有水果滿足不同口味，如果咖啡再正宗一點就錦上添花了。整體入住體驗滿意，物超所值。
