Facilities: No cold water, windows are not soundproof,
Hygiene: The room was not tidied up and the room card was given to let people in. The sheets were still with holes. A lady came to deal with the problem. She was very nice and changed the room and gave her a thirst-quenching drink. But after checking out the next day, a lady called and said she had a bottle of Pulse, right? The tone is extremely bad. It also shows that the hotel's work handover process is imperfect. Not recommended to stay.
