房間很大，很適合家庭出遊，有3個房間。民宿在居民小區裏，能看出來是房東自己的房子，所以很温馨，在這個價位裏還是很划算的。房東人很熱情，全自主入住，比較安全。房子後面的停車位很充足。周圍商圈比較方便，去八大局也就2公里多。
