房間還好，就是枕頭套看着有點陳舊，最無語的是洗澡水特別細小，然後耐着性子洗，沒想到洗到一半居然停水了，沒辦法，衹能用冷水沖了。問前台説節日入住人太多水用完了，不過，好在服務員的態度還不錯。

衞生極差，地板地板不拖東西，爛了爛了不修，還有我不理解你為什麼要把這個水箱放在房間內？就這還要好評，我不明白，這樣的賓館為什麼能有4點2分？既沒有性價比，做的還噁心，不建議入住

六樓熱水上不去，要到一層洗，還好。廁所燈和客廳燈聯鎖了，要看都開，要關都關，需要修理。廁所反味嚴重，其他還好。

地段是靠近淄博北站的，浴室內都沒有玻璃或浴簾隔斷，椅背也破了一個大洞，勉強住了一晚，第二天趕緊換地方。
包含早餐，但都是粥和麪食為主，衹是填飽肚子，有條件的話還是吃別的為好。
