雖然沒有訂到家庭房，但前台一位姓王的工作人員貼心的安排了，讓我們居住很舒適，特別感謝，升級了早餐，這樣吃飽了出去玩更方便。服務意識強，我聽到有客服人員幫忙把顧客洗的衣服給烘乾。房間內更是乾淨。華住會帶我去房間衞生都是過得去的。但全季這家店更是到位！我精華液的吸管沒拿住掉地下，滾了又滾，我撿起來一看，居然一點黑點毛毛都沒有，真比我自己家還乾淨👍一塵不染。重點表揚前台叫“王姓”小姐姐，貼心服務，細緻周到

前台服務態度好，主動延時退房到13點。我們逛街時間有些趕打電話到前台問能否延遲到14點退房，前台小姐姐説可以並安慰我別著急。床品非常舒適，衞生乾淨，早點好，洗澡水也挺好。保潔阿姨主動給我瓶裝水。距離淄博燒烤店不遠，總體不錯。

入住時間14點，我們一點多到的，房間空出來就給提前辦理入住了。新酒店，設施什麼的都還挺新的，房間隔音還不錯，衹是衞生間不隔音，馬桶沖水聲音還蠻大的。服務挺好的，小姐姐和小哥哥熱情周到。自駕來淄博遊玩，門前停車場有好幾個充電樁，對電車友好。
酒店離中國陶瓷琉璃博物館和海岱樓都不遠，附近3km可以去水晶街吃飯，我們中午去了水晶街的聚友齋，晚上打車去了玉米地總店，淄博的美食有些偏鹹，聚友齋沒有預想的好吃，玉米地很推薦！
