從前台接待、房間衞生到早餐廚房，服務都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒！前台的小美女、小帥哥幫我提前預訂好了房間👍，早餐堪稱一絕，新鮮又美味，廚師心慈面善又照顧周到👍🏻，負責衞生的老師也特別體貼入微，給客人賓至如歸的感覺👍🏻！以前都沒發現這個寶藏平台，感覺虧了一個億，以後一定先來網上預訂，超讚！兩個人這個價格真的很划算，還是得提前在網上做好功課，這樣到店直接消費，既方便又划算～

可以的，到車站2公里，不過做公交不太方便，打車方便，比較乾淨，房間不大，不過價格也不高，早餐也還可以的。

第二晚最差體驗
服務：入住10幾年如家最差如家前台服務體驗 我定的商務大床1.8米 晚上10點多到酒店 竟然沒給我留房 前台王女士竟然在未告知我情況下給我 降房了 安排一個小房間 1.5米床 發現後帶着孩子下樓理論 全程冷麪 非常冷漠對待 甚至不屑 沒有任何解釋 最後很不耐煩 在爭論下不得已給安排一個雙床 衹能對拼 整的我最後好像佔了多大便宜 真實體驗一次如家4.0服務
衞生：地面各種頭髮 灰塵 竟然是在一進門 地板上滴落的油 污漬 到處都是 真不敢相信這是今年開業的酒店 還是如家4.0
設施：最想吐槽的 早餐 竟然沒有咖啡機配備 這竟然是如家4.0酒店 片麪包衹有果醬 沒有黃油醬 老闆真不是一般摳搜啊 省着點咖啡豆 黃油醬能發財嗎
最後我這一星服務是給保安大叔的 幫忙拼床 看我一個人帶孩子 那麼多行李 幫助拿行李 又跑樓下主動拿房卡 全程熱情周到 這他麼才是如家4.0 老闆我要你就給保安發獎金 是他多少給你保留了酒店顏面

停車非常方便，尤其節假日，不是市中心所以不會擁擠，很不錯，到的時候還不能辦理入住，所以寄存了行李再出去玩的～
前台小姐姐態度很好，退房時給了熱水～
就是中央空調？聲音有點點大，我媽沒睡好～
早餐不錯～
