Hotel location is not far from nice park and street food stalls but for some reason it’s surrended with abandoned shopping malls. Hotel room were cleaned enough but for sure carpets need to be changed. Looks really dirty. As well our non-smoking rooms smelled like smokers apartment. Staff was nice and friendly and really helpful.

The smart room was upgraded for free! The bed is very comfortable and soft, and it would be perfect if the pillows could be upgraded. Wet and dry are separated, and the bathroom and shower are separated into two rooms. The bathroom is a bit small, and it is a bit difficult to close the door! The breakfast is quite satisfactory. If you don’t bring breakfast, I don’t recommend adding it. The hotel is very close to the People's Park. You can see the park scenery when you open the window in the morning. 晚上11點朋友洗澡發現花灑水壓很小且漏水，而後告知前台，開了隔壁的一間的房間給我們洗澡。11:30朋友洗完澡掀開被子發現床單被套上有大量不明黑色絮狀物，遂告知前台。本想住在隔壁洗澡的房間，但是隔壁洗澡的房間窗户是全封死的，且不禁煙，所以走近床鋪煙味特別重。前台一開始給我們再開了一間斜對面的親子房，但當我們以為事情已經解決之後，當晚11:36，又打電話給我，告知我由於前台沒有權限開兩間房，所以要我們從1512搬到1312。我堅決不滿意，因為已經將近凌晨12點，我們兩個人行李也很多，而且是酒店自己的過失。遂要來當天實習店長的電話跟她當面溝通，但是這個實習店長的態度很差，一直在説我情緒激動。經過幾分鐘的拉鋸，才又同意給我們開那間親子房。第二天，由於這個酒店的各種問題和那個店長的態度，我要求全額退款。酒店不願意，遂進行投訴舉報。酒店一直在以升級房間和及時給我們開另外的房間為託詞，但首先升級房間是要我好評帶五張圖，並不是無償。及時處理也是他們應該做到的。我不會因為好評換升級和他們做了應該做的事情而認為他們做得好。

入住體驗很不錯，認真做了一下攻略選擇入住的閲山河，周圍交通很便利，距離八大局不行10-15分鐘左右，酒店周圍還有銀座，購物都很方便，房間環境也很好，很智能，小朋友非常喜歡小度，還有機器人，點外賣能直接送到房間，很方便，前台服務也不錯，非常耐心，辦入住也很快不墨跡，五星推薦！！
