First of all, the room is large, clean and tidy, and the staff are very qualified to see you smile and say hello; Secondly, it is downstairs to the big red door. The price is cheap. The room was clean and the service was good. The first night of the stay, the sheets were dirty on the holiday. After calling the front desk, the aunt in the room immediately came to help change it as soon as she went to work. The aunt in the room was also good. It's really a pure passerby experience. When I checked out, things fell, and I immediately contacted me. The service was superb. It is also very close to the high-speed rail station and most of the attractions. Later, I pushed this one in Zibo.

The environment is very good, very clean, zero pressure mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The object and I are very satisfied because I want to delay the exam by one hour and check out at 13:00. I can take a nap. The front desk lady is very happy to agree. After the afternoon exam, I will drive back to the bathroom. The hotel is very polite. The experience is great.

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

We drove through Zibo and found this hotel. There is a parking lot outside. We arrived late and there were parking spaces. The room is quite large. I liked the size of the room when I booked it. It is indeed very spacious. It is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and the bedding is also very comfortable. We got a ticket to the hot spring when we checked in. The children had a lot of fun. There are hot springs, children playing in the water, and sweat steaming. It is quite complete, and the service staff are also very good. You need to wear a swimming cap to go into the water in the swimming area. It is sold at the front desk and is not expensive, 29/each. The breakfast dishes are quite rich, much more complete than those of ordinary boutique hotels! Enough for children to choose and eat! The location is also easy to find, the navigation is accurate, there is a large night market barbecue behind the hotel, and locals will go there to eat. I want to give 0 points for the facilities, but the lowest score is 1 point. The reasons are: 1. The air conditioning has a very poor heating effect. It was set to 32 degrees and it was only 24 degrees overnight. I don’t know where the cool air is leaking in the room. I checked the windows again and again to confirm that they were closed. I was so cold that I slept with my head covered at night. 2. The air conditioner made noise in the early morning, which was similar to the sound of a pair of scissors shaking quickly on the table. I could hear it with earplugs. I turned off the air conditioner for an hour and then turned it on again, and there was no sound. 3. The water temperature was too low when I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning to take a shower. It didn't get hot after running the water for three to five minutes. 4. The shell of the TV remote control was used for too long and was too dirty. It felt dirty to the touch. These are the hotel's own problems and have nothing to do with any service staff. The front desk service is very good and the attitude is very friendly. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic and feels like a family. The facilities should really be checked! I was freezing to death when I slept at night and freezing to death when I took a shower in the morning!
