I stayed in this Hotel a couple of times. Indeed a good Hotel but I think that the staff (or at least one of them) should speak English for overseas customers. It is true that with mobile phones everything is possible, but sometimes direct contact is better. Also, I suggest Ctrip have better deals for online booking. I had an unpleasant discussion (finally solved with the help of a very kind guy from Ctrip Customers' Service) due to the booking policy by Hampton. However, the Hotel is highly recommended.

My wife particularly liked the hotel I booked. She was pleasantly surprised when she entered the hotel and saw the environment. 6.1 I traveled to Zibo for those two days. I had a lot of fun but was also very tired. When I returned to the hotel, I was able to sleep on such a comfortable bed. Resting in such a good environment really helped me regain my strength quickly. The girls and boys at the front desk in the hotel lobby are very friendly. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, including a dedicated laundry room and a gym, which can be used for free. My wife likes Zibo. It is a city with many delicious food and attractions. I plan to travel again in the future, and if I go again, I will stay at a Hampton by Hilton👍

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was comfortable to return to the hotel after a day of playing. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. I especially liked it.

We drove through Zibo and found this hotel. There is a parking lot outside. We arrived late and there were parking spaces. The room is quite large. I liked the size of the room when I booked it. It is indeed very spacious. It is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and the bedding is also very comfortable. We got a ticket to the hot spring when we checked in. The children had a lot of fun. There are hot springs, children playing in the water, and sweat steaming. It is quite complete, and the service staff are also very good. You need to wear a swimming cap to go into the water in the swimming area. It is sold at the front desk and is not expensive, 29/each. The breakfast dishes are quite rich, much more complete than those of ordinary boutique hotels! Enough for children to choose and eat! The location is also easy to find, the navigation is accurate, there is a large night market barbecue behind the hotel, and locals will go there to eat. It is not friendly to children without a child's toothbrush. The sound insulation of the room is not good. The night market downstairs and the hospital opposite are too noisy.
