We visit Residence every year since 2014 when we go skiing in the Dolomites. We love the owner's attention to detail, that makes you feel at home right away. Location is quiet, situated right next to Marcialonga Course. Rooms are very clean and the food is delicious. You can opt for breakfast which iclude cheeses from the nearest farms + home made cakes. The ski room is equipped with electrical ski boots dryers, so you have warm and dry boots in the morning. If you are not sure which hike trails or ski centers you eant to visit, or you need reccommendation for ski rental place, the staff is extremely helpfull, beause they are hikers and skiers as well. We will definitely return again.

the location was amazing, the staff helped us with finding the right hikes for us and the ones she recommended were great. the room is quit big for the price and there are plenty of cooking equipment so we made ourselves a breakfast in one of the mornings. the breakfast of the hotel is great too. when we arrived at the room a hiking bag waited for us to use in our stay and it was a great surprise and we hiked with it and it was very good. overall we recommend coming here and may return again.

Hotel ristrutturato solo in parte, bella reception e sala pranzo, parcheggio comodo. Peccato che le camere standard sono arredate tristemente, la spa non è curata e ti aspetti un ristorante invece c è solo un menu quasi fisso da pensione. Nemmeno un camino o una stube accesa. Molto caro per quel che offre.

Ottima struttura. Camere spaziose arredate in stile moderno. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e anche la cena si è rivelata molto buona. Prezzi adeguati al servizio. Consigliatissimo

È stata la nostra prima esperienza al Nele perché lo abbiamo scelto per trascorrere il Natale sulla neve. Posto incantevole, personale cortese e disponibile, tutto ben curato nei dettagli, camera con materiali di prima qualità e molto pulita, ben insonorizzata, panorama spettacolare. Abbiamo mangiato sempre bene, prodotti locali tipici di qualità e ben presentati, colazione ricca e buonissima. La spa molto bella. Consiglio questa struttura perché sono speciali in tutto quello che fanno, nella loro semplicità e professionalità. Ci torneremo?… Si in estate.

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di trascorrere 4 notti in questa bellissima struttura e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Si vive un'atmosfera calorosa e familiare grazie a delle persone che lo gestiscono in modo favoloso. Tutto è alla perfezione, la cucina, la pulizia, le camere, la spa, il parcheggio, gli ambienti, direi tutto, non c'è niente da cambiare o migliorare. Posto incantevole,personale gentile,cortese e affettuoso,sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta! Colazione fantastica,prodotti tipici del posto,tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli,lo iogurt biologico era wooow,ma TUTTO,proprio tutto alla perfezione. La SPA,molto bella,nuovissima,tutto ben curato,una favola. Tengo ringraziare personalmente la Francesca (se non sbaglio,ragazza della reception) per la sua disponibilità e dolcezza,ci ha fatto sentire a casa! L’appartamento era molto pulito,dotato di tutto il necessario,il panorama è spettacolare,camere ben sonorizzate,un paradiso,ci torneremo sicuramente! Consiglio vivamente questo posto,xche davvero sono speciali in tutto! Grazieeeee infinite!!! Abbiamo alloggiato il 6 adulti,ci siamo tutti e 6 innamorati di questo bellissimo posto!

Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione a luglio e che dire… cibo ottimo, appartamento stupendo e pulito, animali accolti egregiamente, colazione spettacolare e diversi eventi organizzati, dall’aperitivo serale alla vendita del miele e quant’altro… cordialità davvero apprezzata… prima esperienza al Nele e posso solo aggiungere che torneremo…

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile alle richieste del cliente. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale.. bellissimo, moderno e con terrazzino con vista montagne. Organizzazione escursioni da parte dell'hotel, particolare e bellissima cena sotto le stelle con scenario dolomiti, dipinte di rosa.
