After going to the lobby on the G floor, the two elevators on the left say that the 28th-32nd floors are allowed, but it is not possible. In a five-star hotel of a foreign brand, the front desk staff did not even know that they had to stand up to greet the guests and then sit down to go through the formalities! ! Fourth, the place where the suitcase is placed is even hung with a nightgown, can they not affect each other? Won't the suitcase get soiled from the nightgown? Fifth, the floor is uneven! Six, the water temperature is less than 25 degrees! 7. There is hair on the bathtub! Moreover, the faucet column next to it is also not installed, it is shaking! Originally, I didn’t have a lot of expectations for Wyndham in Zhuzhou. The Wyndham Garden brand is a flop hotel in China, and its equipment and services are worrying. There are still many surprises in the actual check-in. The facilities look ordinary and the actual materials are very good. For example, the washbasin and bathroom equipment are all international hotel standards. The level of service personnel is also very online, and the active service awareness is very good. The top floor has a nice view. The breakfast is also good, but it would be a bonus if it could be better.

當地朋友推薦的酒店，位置、硬件設施都非常優秀。住了兩晚上，前台小姐姐還給升級了房型。前台、客房服務都不錯！但是，餐廳保潔阿姨還是需要再增強一下服務意識，需要懂得尊重！

酒店位置很好，就在江邊，離炎帝廣場也不是太遠。樓下和馬路對面就是商場，旁邊吃飯的地方也很多。 早餐比較豐盛，餐廳正對湘江，看着風景吃飯，感覺很好。

酒店位置很好，交通很方便，房間設施挺好的，空間大，採光好，房間視野明亮，超級漂亮！設施齊全，房間很安靜，前台工作人員熱情，電梯碰到其他工作人員也會跟我們打招呼，並且入住前台還會送到電梯口，衞生很乾凈，健身房也還可以，滿足基本健身需求，還有洗衣房，免費自助洗衣，洗烘一體，適合出差，細節到位，床很舒服，水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便，停車方便，有很大的地下停車場，很放心，熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，服務挺好的很用心，期待下次入住！

酒店乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，服務細緻熱情，前台小姐姐業務也很熟練，地理位置優越，還給延時退房了，出差旅遊的推薦入住。
