酒店位於瀘淞市場附近，火車站邊上，位置非常好，房間裝修新，智能化程度高，衞間和卧室之間有電動隔板，非常體貼人性化。雖在火車站邊上，但是雙層玻璃窗關上後，聽不到一點火車聲音，非常安靜。酒店服務很好，客房升級，延長到下午兩點退房。免費停車，停車方便。

我也是看了好多評論才選擇這家酒店的，就在維也納附近，性價比很高，房間關好窗户是真的聽不到火車聲，而且這麼高的樓層視線比較好，鬧中取靜，走到夜市大概就5分鐘，早餐的確實很豐富，湯粉很好吃，彈牙，還送了小禮物給小朋友。晚上有上廁所有感應小夜燈，商家還備了免費充電線很細節，窗簾都是一鍵開關很方便，空調效果也還挺好，下次來株洲還會來入住，我感覺攜程上訂酒店比**優惠些。

房間不錯，地理位置非常方便，火車站，文藝路，王府井等，步行幾分鐘，，本來想定維也納的，對比下來還是決定了漢斯酒店😀前台服務熱情很有禮貌，帶了小朋友貼心的還給安排了能看到火車軌道的房間，贊👍

家庭房有兩間卧室，兩個衞生間，裝有雙層窗户，即使臨街臨鐵軌，晚上睡覺非常安靜。對於家庭出行十分友好。雖然陳設不很新，但是衞生很乾凈，而且有感應夜燈，多頭充電線，棉簽應急包等人性化設施。有免費洗衣服務，也減輕不少出行負擔。另外服務人員非常友好客氣！總之，下次回株洲還住這裏，我家小朋友超級喜歡在房間裏看火車！

酒店就在市中心，離火車站步行衹要6分鐘，前台辦理入住的時候都細心提醒晚上休息要關好雙層隔音窗，窗户關好晚上休息還是比較安靜

服務態度挺好的，前台會主動幫我們燒熱水，因為開的小汽車需要充電，前台值班經理半夜過來幫我們處理充電的問題，服務決定一切！位置在王府井旁邊100米吧應該屬於株洲的市中心區域，反正各種都挺好的強烈推薦！！！
