前段時間去了家店，整體體驗有亮點也有不足。價格上，和同類型店鋪相比，它家定價相當合理。買的幾樣商品，性價比都挺高，能看出定價時充分考慮了消費者的接受程度，沒有虛高要價。
服務人員態度特別好，從進門的那一刻起，就能感受到他們的熱情。不僅耐心解答各種問題，還根據需求給出實用建議，讓人心裏很舒服。
然而，衞生情況卻不盡人意。地面有明顯污漬，角落裡甚至能看到灰塵堆積，餐具也洗得不太乾淨，還有殘留的食物殘渣，希望後續能重視起來。

辦理入住時跟我説滿房了，把我安排到了湘浙商務賓館。洗浴用品過期的，燒水壺插頭壞的，隔音也一般，第二天早上是被吵醒的。並且我還是頭一次看到拖鞋不是一次性的賓館。唯一還比較可取的是，床還比較舒服，有電熱毯。
