Huatian Hotel

The hotel is at one end of Zhuzhou Bridge, next to the municipal government, and has a very good location. Facilities: It is a five-star hotel with a history of more than ten years. Many facilities were very good in those days, but more than ten years have passed and many facilities have begun to age. The TV is a bit blurry and noisy, and the shower head has a small water output. Hygiene: It is quite good. The old foundation of a five-star hotel is still there. There is no odor in the lobby corridor. Environment: The surrounding area is very modern, the roads are wide, and there are many shopping malls. Service: Fruits were sent, thank you. The overall service feels a bit backward. The check-in at the front desk is very slow. One staff member directly said "No check-in, check-in on the side", without a single polite word. Maybe the hotel has the background of state-owned enterprises and the government and is not short of guests. The service performance for individual guests is not at all the standards of a five-star hotel (the room aunt is very good). Checked out today, and told the front desk lady to check out on **... Then I handed in the room card, and there was no more, no response. There is no "take care, welcome back" common at the hotel front desk, and no clear "OK" is told to you. The main feature is "silence", and ask "Is it ready" before replying to you.

It is said to be the oldest and only five-star hotel in Zhuzhou. When we checked in, many government agencies and Beidou R&D personnel were holding a meeting here. There were a lot of people. The only bad thing is that there are very few restaurants around the hotel. Parking is free at the hotel and the parking lot is quite large!

It is an old five-star hotel with a superior location and is very convenient to everywhere! The customer service facilities are also constantly updated, and the latest smart room is very good! The key is that all the service staff are very enthusiastic. Even if I haven't been there for a long time, the hotel service staff can recognize it at a glance, warmly entertain, and greet attentively. I miss the bowl of rice noodles for breakfast the most!

When traveling to Zhuzhou Fantawild, we specially chose Huatian, which is located in the downtown area, 30 minutes' drive from Fantawild, with many restaurants around and convenient dining. The hotel front desk upgraded the room type for our family for free, and the children loved it. The overall experience was very good, the room was clean and sanitary, the surrounding area was very convenient, the food and transportation were very close, and the breakfast was also very rich.
