In general, the hotel facilities are relatively outdated, and the front desk needs to be trained. First of all, you should at least figure out what room type someone else decides! Rather than making random arrangements and causing unnecessary trouble to others, I found that the room type was wrong. A person took the baby to the front desk to change rooms with his luggage. Poor experience!
