房間在3樓，窗外有樹，風景不錯，晚上很安靜。三張床，適合一家人出遊，空調是掛機，洗澡用的熱水器，夏天熱水夠用，衞生可以，整體滿意。

該賓館所處位置不錯，離武陵不夜城很近，沿河邊步行十幾分鍾便可以到達。賓館房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，自備停車場停車方便。

房間又小又破，還要走樓梯，前台服務人員死板的很。態度極差。完全就是抱着一副打工的心態。停車不方便，有車位讓他聯繫車主，挪一下車就可以了，前台服務員根本不理會。一副你愛住不住的樣子！

總的來説性價比還行，交通方便，有停車場，晚上休息也比較安靜。
但是浴室設施太不行了！洗澡水不熱甚至越洗越涼，地漏下水道堵塞了，洗個澡能淹住鞋子，後半夜才把水排空。
