必須給前台的服務點個贊，我的車子停在酒店大門口，忘記鎖車了，車燈一直亮着在，保安看見了叫前台聯繫我，我直接站在房間的窗子旁邊把車子鎖上了！心裏暖暖的！房間裏面的衞生也很好，幾乎挑不出來問題，浴巾、毛巾、床上用品都有一股淡淡的消毒水的味道，讓人用着很放心，美美的睡了一覺！第二天吃了早餐，品種很齊全，在小縣城有這樣的早餐品質，真的很意外，對維也納這個品牌還是挺信賴的！下次還會推薦朋友，如果出差到這個城市，一定要來體驗一下！

這次出差住了維也納酒店，真得勁兒，位置好找，停車方便，離桃花源景區不遠，周邊吃飯逛街都方便，鬧中取靜。一進門就覺得敞亮，乾淨利落，很舒服。前台人員服務態度好，辦入住快，還主動推薦了附近有名的小吃，房間比想象中的寬敞，河景美不勝收，毛巾都是新的，帶着股淡淡的消毒味。桌上備有免費礦泉水，出差人表示很貼心，早餐雖説算不上多豪華，應有盡有。吃的很舒服，臨走落了一件衣服，前台主動打電話聯繫並聯系快遞寄回了。這服務真沒話説，性價比很高，下回出差還會選擇來這住。

維也納酒店一直都是一個親民的品牌，出門旅遊一般都會優先選擇住維也納，竹山潘口鄉維也納酒店大堂很高檔温馨，太舒服了，像回到家的感覺，酒店前台很有禮貌，客房服務員帶人大方熱情，早餐也很豐富，味道不錯。房間設備先進，停車，出行方便，下次有機會還來住這家酒店。

帶孩子過來玩的，前台小姑娘態度非常好，幫我們升級了親子房，孩子特別喜歡酒店的機器人，看起來就很有意思，後來前台小姑娘用機器人幫我們送了好幾次小東西到房間，小傢伙很興奮，房間裏面的設施也很新，第二天吃了早餐，品種很豐盛，孩子特別喜歡吃那個炸醬麪，總之酒店很滿意，還會推薦朋友過來入住

旅遊路過這裏，在攜程上看到的這家酒店，衝著是縣城內唯一一家連鎖酒店，選擇入住的。酒店裝修風格和其他城市的維也納一樣的，進入酒店就給人一種很大氣，很親切的感覺，兩個前台小姐姐的微笑服務讓人看着很舒服，很熱情的幫我介紹了周邊的旅遊景點，我們當天晚上就去了桃花源不夜城，真的很有特色，正好趕上有活動🍉！酒店房間內的床品是維也納標配的，躺上去很柔軟舒適！美美的睡了一覺！真的是很意外，縣城內還有這麼一家寶藏酒店，服務和衞生都非常的不錯，強烈推薦👍

一進房間撲面而來的煙味，並且地縫裡都是散不去的煙味，吸了一晚的二手煙。房間桌子上的污漬還留着，沒打掃乾淨。打開空調，空調裏也是一股很久不使用的味道，難聞。辦理入住的時候，攜程顯示可以升級房間，向前台提了，前台不回答，愛答不理的，沒欠她錢吧？這位前台的素質和接待能力，有待提高。早餐還不錯。停車也方便。

酒店給人第一映像是高端大氣，進入大堂，前台就很熱情的打招呼，辦理入住的過程中給我介紹了周邊的旅遊景點，特色美食。房間內是維也納統一的裝修風格，特別是床品質量特別好，睡上去很柔軟，枕頭的高矮很合適，很久都沒有這麼舒舒服服的睡一覺了。第二天早上下樓吃了早餐，品種很豐富，總之入住體驗感很好，下次來竹山，還是會選擇維也納！
