到卓尼住的第一晚上，卓尼縣城乾淨夜景漂亮及了，但是住的這家酒店是一般般了，看評分過去的，在卓尼屬於價格最高的酒店了，但是到酒店以後是，衞生一般，房間也不熱，我去洗了個澡，沒冷水，全是熱死，差點燙死我，酒店的服務呢！基本沒有，要個充電頭，也説沒有。唉！一次特別不好的入住體驗。

在這個酒店，我體會到了整潔與舒適並重的感覺。我的房間可以看到洮河，房間的每一個角落都乾淨整潔，設施都比較新。工作讓人員態度好，滿足了我的每一個需求。而且，早餐品種繁多，味道也不錯，晚餐在七樓用餐憑入住卡還可以打折，吃住都有很好的體驗！

這是我和老婆來甘肅旅遊的第三站，住過幾家酒店，這家瑞達人文酒店給我的印象最深，酒店衞生相比其他大酒店要好很多，房間整潔且乾淨，服務也是很周到，賓至如歸的感覺。晚上夜景非常不錯，地處洮河邊，晚上燈光夜景非常美麗！七樓火鍋也很香我吃的是麻辣鍋底，菜品擺盤非常有特色！

我們一家三口定的套房，因為小朋友要單獨睡，少一床被子。現在正是旺季，為了解決被子問題，經理直接把老總房間的被子給我們用了非常感謝。做為一個民宿老闆，我的推薦絕對是良心推薦。

非常垃圾的酒店，貴重物品在酒店丟了，酒店不承認，其次，酒店服務人員態度差，房間衞生差，所有房間到處都是蚊子給客服説客服管理，態度蠻橫，酒店住到現在，這是中國最差的，給卓尼人民丟臉。

酒店位置很好，有免費停車場，交通很方便，房間設施也特別好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，早餐種類也很多，味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心，期待下次入住

酒店在縣城來説比較有檔次，房間夠大很寬敞，乾淨衞生，位置也很好。樓上的火鍋味道不錯。如果能有親子間就更好了。第二天去九天石門很方便
