酒店地段便捷，就在河邊，風景不錯，散步、就餐、停車都很方便。酒店裝修應該傾注了老闆的一番心思，傢俱、潔具和洗浴用品高於一般經濟酒店，床品還不錯，對睡眠很友好，早餐吃飽沒問題。服務意識和專業性仍然有提升空間，不過在旅遊旺季已是卓尼不錯的選擇了。

入住卓尼瑞達人文酒店，環境不錯，面臨洮河。房間嶄新乾淨，舒適温馨，這裏晚上温度衹有15度，簡直是避暑勝地。早餐多樣化，任君挑選，最好吃的是牛肉麪，每早一碗，令人讚不絕口。我們還上酒店7樓品嚐了麻辣火鍋，衹能用兩個字形容地道！這次的甘南之行居然有如此美好的體驗，真是太幸福了，下次一定還會來這兒。

從北京騎摩託來到卓尼住宿這家酒店，很新設施很不錯，前台小姐姐人很好早上六點幫我們存了行李我們從卓尼去了趟卡車村景色牛的很，回來還想續住已經沒房了。

地理位置優越，房間設施較好，訂了2間房，朋友那間沒入住發現門敞開着裏面有説話聲，敲門又沒聲音，要求總枱更換房間，換到6樓晚上回來發現床單上有很多飛蟲，再換一間床單被罩又很臟，最後才又重新換到5樓升了個房，這樣一直折騰到半夜，在溝通過程中酒店的內部電話形同虛設。酒店的設備較好，員工還需多加培養。

説實話，該酒店在卓尼縣城是很不錯的酒店，沒施還不錯，早餐很豐富，口味也好，美中不足的是前台服務態度不敢苟同，好象欠她什麼，待理不理的，衞生也不盡人意，大廳例是很乾凈，房間就欠缺了。
