房間衞生及其得差，孩子睡着覺凌晨1點爬過來個特別長的蜈蚣。商家解釋竟然是因為動物多，我們住的地方離動物非常遠。並且房間在三樓。商家最終的處理結果是送了孩子點積木玩具，並沒有實質性的解決問題。 所謂的商業街衹有五個門臉。廁所洗手枱衞生極差。定的三層的別墅，衹有一個吹風機，説讓送幾瓶水過來還得是收費的，住了這麼多年酒店沒聽説過送水收費。房間裏全是蒼蠅蚊子。吃飯也吃不下去，孩子睡覺也睡不好。10月底了這
麼冷的天氣竟然有蚊子，可想而知衞生有多糟糕，非常不滿意的一次體驗。不知道哪裡來的好評。

房子很新，裝修及周圍的環境各方面設施都還比較不錯，適合哄娃，室內有滑梯，室外泡池，還有個小童樂園也夠玩的了，附近雞鳴山4A的景點，做一個週末的北京周邊遊還是很好的，唯一不好的就是趕上2025年河北這邊第一場雪，室內的地暖怎麼調都不好使，據物業説這房子好像第一年交付還沒有開過地暖，唉，這種別墅的小院一樓冷風啊真的是，反正我腳一直是冰涼的，空調趕上真正的冷天解決不了整體室內得温度。業主食堂還可以吧，主要是飼養的卡比巴拉挺招人喜歡的。

位置：河北涿鹿拾光美麗山別墅度假區
這次是跟家人一起出遊，訂的3層獨棟，我對這次入住體驗的真實感受可以很負責任的跟大家分享。
衞生：室內比較乾淨，凡是肉眼可見的地方都用心打掃過，但是室外確實很臟，還有房間內部的窗簾裏好多臭蟲需要找前台拿殺蟲劑。
wifi： 信號比較差，有的房間甚至收不到信號房間大小：1-2樓卧室比較緊湊3層房間空間佔比比較富裕房間設施：垃圾！！！垃圾！！！垃圾！！！一個大門壞了3天沒人修，大下雨天一家人被困在門口挨雨淋，這還不是一次，發生了3-4次！！！
接下來分享最可怕的事，因為門壞無人修理，一直也沒敢關門，10.10日早上9:40分鐘兩個非工作人員直接闖入房間內，幸好當時我在房內發貨倆人又溜達出去了，跟酒店反應後面一點措施也沒有，解釋也沒有。
小賣鋪很不錯，酒水飲料，煙價格都是平價
餐廳能不去就別去了，吃的菜量又小又貴又有那個時間不如開車10幾分鐘去縣城吃。
重點提示一下，附近沒有外賣！也沒有配送員！
園區內蚊蟲較多，需要注意。
入住當天還有段小插曲，正門門口被催債的人堵住了。

無意中搜到的親子民宿，特別適合2-3個家庭一起出遊，有小童設施，還可以泡湯，我們去的時候趕上下雨，所以沒有泡澡，酒店還有個户外小童樂園，據説8月10日就正式開放，很不錯。我們住的是一個三層別墅，環境很不錯，很乾凈，每一層都有卧室，和小型客廳，還可以燒烤，下次還會再來，會多叫一些朋友一起，更有意思。

選擇在端午和六一兩個家庭帶娃入住，總體來説還可以。一個月前就定了房間，很火爆，當然價格也不低。閨蜜生日，需要提前幫忙佈置，簡單拉了一個生快的條旗。
設施：基本齊全，獨棟別墅樓上樓下跑的挺累的。有烤爐，需要買炭進行燒烤。所有東西沒有免費提供的，一定強調一點：別看有樹屋，但是孩子的床單被罩通通沒有！！！視為你孩子不會在上面住！！如果有需要，是要單獨下單的！！！！！聯繫了攜程客服，最後順利解決。
三層樓，每層都有獨立的衞浴設施，阿道夫的洗護用品。水池和水龍頭設計不合理，洗個臉水嘩嘩往外流。而且還沒有孩子的枕頭。
衞生：還湊合，畢竟是民宿。
環境：因為在山裡，蚊蟲比較多，隔音效果較差，下雨和鄰居的麻將、歌聲都能聽到。
服務：這個有必要説説，在定好房間後，工作人員主動加了綠泡泡，有任何問題都可以詢問。住了兩天，覺得很麻煩的就是好像整體都非常半自動，有任何問題都需要通過微信來和工作人員聯繫，他們再安排服務人員上門。最後離開的時候需要幫忙拿行李到停車場，不夠準時，我們就自己走了。
有小動物；可以放煙花（需自行購買）；有商業街，到咖啡廳沒有美式咖啡；自營點單可以送到屋裡；有餐廳，但自助早餐很單一。。旁邊還有施工的地方，總的來説，不夠完善，比較簡易。
