When I checked in, I found that the hotel has catering, so I ordered It was very convenient to have the meal delivered to the room. The facilities are quite complete. 第一次住維也納，這家店好像是個老酒店改造的，地理位置不錯，有自己的停車場，夠用，有慢充樁。
走路附近也有商場，很方便，就是過年很多小店沒營業，有點可惜。
房間衞生挺好，服務態度好，符合預期，晚上吃太多喝不下粥了。
早餐還行，有很多家庭出遊的。

設施齊全又好用，床舒服、燈光貼心、插座夠多，衞生間更是乾濕分離，淋浴超爽。衞生狀況無可挑剔，到處都乾乾淨淨，住得超安心。服務人員熱情周到，從入住到退房，每個需求都迅速響應，關懷備至。環境也相當不錯，位置便利，周邊啥都有，酒店內部裝修精美，安靜不吵鬧。整體性價比超高，以後出行就認定這家啦，推薦給大家！

因為家裡來親戚了 家裡房間不夠住了 就在網上隨便找了一個離家近的酒店 本來也就想着隨便對付一晚算了 沒想着讓我對酒店行業有了不一樣的認識，我記得我剛下完訂單沒多久 ，這邊酒店就致電給我，問詢我什麼時候到達，幫我把空調提前打開，問詢我是否開車，還給我提前説了停車場的位置，這一點必須得點贊。這邊我們停好車之後 安保還給我們説了 不用從前門繞了 直接後面有自動門可以直接到達前台大廳 ，這邊得給安保點贊，進入大廳之後大廳有一種淡淡的清香 這個香味很好聞 真不錯 這邊前台小姐姐看見我們往這邊走之後親切的給我們打招呼 説來這裏辦入住，然後問詢我們是否有預訂等等 快速的給我們辦理完然後還給我們説最近他們有晚安粥要是需要的話下午六點半之後可以去八樓自取等等 當天好像還是米酒小湯圓呢 我們盛了兩份真不錯 可惜忘了拍照片了 。我們帶了有小朋友前台小姐姐還貼心和我們贈送了小童禮包，裏面有小拖鞋小牙刷 小玩具小零食 小孩子很喜歡説下次還來這裏住。這邊進入房間之後我們環顧了一下 不虧是連鎖酒店 衞生真的沒得説 還貼心配備了一次性馬桶墊 這邊前台小姐姐還又致電了房間電話 問詢房間是否滿意 還告知了我們 有什麼需要的話可以打房間電話給她們説 ，真的好貼心。而且他們酒店位置也很好，附近逛街的地方很多，有很多商場，酒店後面那條路還有一條類似於小吃街的路 都是吃的 。酒店配備的還有洗衣房，裏面還有烘鞋器真的很驚喜 。有機會的話還會來光顧的。
