Our first stay at Zhuji Fangcaodi Resort Hotel left us with a good impression. When the car arrived at the lobby door, a waiter came forward to help carry bags and drag suitcases. The front desk waiter Panda (WeChat name) also warmly received us. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of our elderly, we also upgraded the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the room attendants all greeted us with a smile. The hotel is close to the mountains and the water. Sitting on the balcony, you can not only enjoy the lush mountains and forests in front of you, but also look down and see the stream rushing by. On the other side of the stream are the hotel's tree houses, squirrel houses, Torreya grandis houses and other guest rooms of various shapes and characteristics, giving people a novel feeling. The hotel is full of rural atmosphere, and chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, peacocks, rabbits and other cute pets are more attractive to children.

The geographical location is very beautiful. You can feel the lush green scenery by opening the window. There is also a horse farm and photographer in the resort. You can choose to ride in the woods after leisure, and there will be professional photographers to capture the photos. The hotel's catering: breakfast and lunch are good. While enjoying the vacation, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, delicious food, and beautiful photos at the same time. Isn't it fun!

The service is great and the environment is also very good. The hotel carpet, door seams and other details need to be cleaned a little more. I live on the second floor and the sound of washing in the basin upstairs is very clear. The sound insulation is poor. Anyway, it is still feasible to stay for one night. It is also relatively close to Wuxie Scenic Area. You can still consider staying here when you come to Zhuji.

Facilities: The facilities of the hotel can be summarized in one sentence. You can imagine: I stayed at ¥2,500 a night on Labor Day, and used Blue Moon hand sanitizer.  Hygiene: The toilet kept smelling. Environment: It may be that there are no other parent-child parks nearby in Fangcao Hotel, which may lead to other tourists constantly pouring into this hotel. There are very few free projects, and they are all charged. Bicycles are ¥50 for half an hour.  Service: Because we wanted to avoid the peak, we set off from the starting point very early and arrived at the hotel at 8:30. At that time, the driver and I were very tired. When we wanted to take a cup of coffee in the breakfast area of ​​the hotel to rest, the waiter at the front desk told me that our coffee bar would open in more than ten minutes. There is nothing wrong with paying for it, but for a hotel with a high nightly charge, there is simply no warm service to talk about. In addition to individual employees who have a sense of service, the overall service awareness of the staff of the hotel is poor.
