Zhuji Suya Hotel

An absolutely terrible hotel. First off, when we checked in at night, the room door was already open, which felt incredibly unsafe. Secondly, once we got inside, we found the window opened up directly to a wall, and the room was absolutely tiny. Next, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. I went downstairs to talk to a staff member, who was dismissive, asking why the AC would be broken. We went back up to check, and it turned out to be dead batteries in the remote. There was no immediate apology. Even after the AC was fixed, the TV wasn't working (we just gave up on it), and the in-room Wi-Fi was abysmal, rendering our tablet unusable. The following day, a staff member knocked loudly on our door while we were still sleeping. They later said they had the wrong room, but didn't even apologize for waking us up. Finally, at checkout, they deducted 10 RMB from our deposit, claiming we had used hotel items. We were incredibly angry. When we spoke to the front desk, they verified our claim and even suggested the items might have been stolen by someone else (tying into our earlier complaint about the room door being open upon check-in). However, despite this implicit acknowledgment of their own security lapse, they offered no apology or waiver and simply charged us. Seriously, do NOT stay at this hotel!! It's terrible.

I was in town for a business trip and after checking out a few hotels, I decided on this one – and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The facilities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. The room had a lovely, fresh scent upon entering, and the overall ambiance was wonderful. Plus, there's a night market right outside the door, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night snack after finishing up work. The lobby manager also recommended several great attractions to visit. Overall, it was a truly excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back.

Well, the hotel service is OK, and the front desk staff are quite friendly. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. Every seam is white, there is a mirror, and there is no watermark on the faucet. The bed is also flat and soft. It is very good and the price-performance ratio is high.

Staying at the Datang Economy Hotel was a steal! The bus stop is right outside, and it's a ten-minute taxi ride to the old city's attractions. Breakfast shops and convenience stores are all nearby. The room had a light, fresh fragrance, and the bedding was crisp and clean, exuding a touch of Chinese elegance. There were also ink-wash murals on the walls, and the attention to detail was evident. The bathroom caulking was polished to a shine, hot water was instantly available, and the toiletries were simple but adequate. The front desk agent checked me in quickly and even offered tips for nearby restaurants. When I checked out that morning, the auntie saw me carrying my luggage and pressed the elevator button for me. For a price point like this, the atmosphere and service are far superior to similar hotels. I'll definitely stay here again!

位置好找，房間乾淨衞生

酒店位置太方便了，到商圈步行10分鐘內。前台姐姐超貼心，check in時主動介紹周邊美食，還幫我們升級了房間。房間比圖片還乾淨，房間也很大，床軟乎乎的像雲朵，空調靜音不吵，熱水秒出。沒發現任何衞生死角，性價比絕了，已經推薦給朋友～
