The ratings are high. I checked into the hotel at night. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very casual. They were eating instant noodles. I stayed at the front desk for a few minutes and they were still eating instant noodles. They had no expression on their faces. After checking in, I came back and found that the hygiene of the room was hard to describe. On the surface, it was clean and tidy, but in fact, there were many details of hygiene. There were unknown liquids and used family planning products in front of the window. I was really shocked. What kind of hotel is this? There were women's hair on the stool and on the floor of the toilet. There was also a lot of dust on the corners. Ctrip customer service intervened but it was useless. The front desk staff did not apologize for this hygiene problem. They just came to the room to take a photo. They were not apologetic at all. I have blacklisted the hotel for this service attitude.
