First of all, the hotel front door is closed. It was confusing and it looked like the hotel/apartment is permanently closed. We had to ask our driver to call them to find the entrance and gave us the password to our room. There was nobody inside, looked like an abandoned building. The panoramic room that we booked had no lift access, only stairs. We had 3 big luggage, it was very frustrating. Worst of all, the room was very dusty and not cleaned properly. We woke up early morning and found a cockroach on the table. Dead bugs were on the window. Window was very dirty too. Aircon was suuuper dusty, we were all coughing at night and we decided to just turn it off.
Not recommended at all.

The room is quite big and has all the facilities. It is very cost-effective👍
It is very close to the Jewelry City and only takes a few minutes to walk
I have recommended it to my friends and booked it here next month❤️

I must recommend this B&B! The room is clean and bright with excellent lighting. The courtyard is full of flowers and there are beautiful views everywhere. The service is considerate and you will love it after staying here once.

It's not safe, very unsafe! The window is a door along the street, and someone is there pulling the door handle at night! It's scary, and the sound insulation is very, very poor. You can hear everything the neighbors do clearly! It's really tiring to stay for one night

A brand new B&B at a super cost-effective price! It's a few hundred meters away from the Jewelry City, so it's not very tiring to walk. There is a combination lock, washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi air conditioning, shampoo and shower gel, and disposable bath towels and slippers. Very new! It's spacious and it's a great deal at this price. The disadvantage is that ventilation and sound insulation are average. It is not very convenient to open windows for ventilation in some room types. I slept well the first night, but I was woken up at 7 o'clock in the morning by the neighbor upstairs who was renovating. Noise is a matter of luck ~ Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good!

The customer service guy is very enthusiastic, clean and considerate. The toilets are all equipped with disposable supplies. I had a charger plug that didn't match my charger socket. (It's better to wear sunscreen when I go recently. The road to the Jewelry City is quite sunny. of)
