帶媽媽阿姨們出行，一定要住宿在景點邊上，這樣才方便，地下停車場事先就輸入了車牌，所以很方便進出，從停車場走樓梯上去，對腿腳不好的長者有點不友好，還有就是沒有充電樁，要到外面充電。賓館就是園林，隨便拍拍就很好看，房間古色古香，寬敞愜意，都是一鍵啟動的操作，很好。還是這個問題，二樓房間走上去腿腳不便。越小廚吃晚飯挺方便，房間晚上還提供夜宵，早餐豐盛，套餐中西可以選擇。

就在西施故里景區裏的酒店，環境沒話説，生態綠化都很好，如果滴滴去的話定位到西施故里北門，下車筆直往景區走就到了。
房間不小，入住有水果提供，晚上有甜湯，第一次的早飯是套餐送來房間的，可以選時間段預約，量很足，味道不錯。第二次的早飯因為是週六上午，在隔壁飯店有自助，諸暨特色都有，挺好。服務也可以，性價比不錯的這家酒店！

基礎設施不錯，五一以後人不是特別多。前台小美女幫我們🆙升級房型了。
感覺酒店管理層對於各方面設計及細節安排培訓到位，下午和晚上有水果和宵夜。大多數員工和善，熱情。六七百塊錢在風景區有這樣的愜意環境，我覺得挺值。
特別説一下早餐，我們去的當天早餐不錯，可能是週末備菜挺好的，次塢麪我覺得比外面的小店好吃。十點左右糕點快吃完了，問我問了一下有沒有了，阿姨説你要可以幫你蒸。那個時候都已經開始員工餐了，不想耽誤阿姨吃飯，就沒要。但是為這個服務點贊，卡點還願意幫客人服務。

服務很好，停車場是景區停車場，提前一天打電話來確認車牌號錄入+到達有服務生來送傘+提行李（停車場出口到酒店有30米左右一段露天路）
酒店的小童泳池是7-9月開放，我們沒趕上有點遺憾，不過園林景觀小朋友也看得挺開心
隔壁是遊客中心，旁邊是名媛館，還挺方便，晚上吃完飯散步不錯

上次來西施故里就看到了這個觀堂酒店，這次和朋友一起來，就直接選了西施故里觀堂，就在景區裏面，出入景區方便，聽聽免費越劇，沿着江邊徒步，很舒適。裏面餐飲也很多，次塢打麪，一尺花園，綠茶餐廳，都去吃了。
