From the moment I arrived at the hotel, every staff member greeted me with warmth and a friendly smile, making me feel valued and welcomed. Whether it was the front desk receptionists, the room service attendants, or the restaurant staff, everyone exhibited a professional, attentive, and dedicated attitude. Environment: The environment is very good, quiet and comfortable, with a cozy small balcony Service: The entrance and exit are a bit far, but there are shuttle buses to pick up and drop off. The ladies and brothers are very warm and friendly, and they will say hello when entering and exiting☺️. Hygiene: clean and tidy, very satisfied with the same value for money👍! Facilities: The TV can be projected and there is a food delivery robot. If I have a chance to come back next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel~

When the Spring Festival travel even Atour's face rose to 2500, this hotel was only 1300, and all configurations were five-star from hardware to soft installation to breakfast. The scale of the lobby is the most exaggerated in the hotel. The service can see that they are very careful to do a good job, but the developer's own operation team is indeed not as smooth as the traditional five-star hotel operation company. During the Spring Festival, the passenger flow is large. The front desk from the concierge to the receptionist to the waiter has to run around a dozen people. Five or six of them felt obviously too busy. Breakfast is really good, Chinese and Western hot and cold, there are also steamed noodles, these are freshly made, the variety is full and the taste is unexpectedly good, the child is very full Finally, I suggest that I see other comments saying that the hotel is not good. It is really difficult to do in all walks of life. If you can’t roll it, you have to roll others. Everyone eats a stomach in their own life and sprays it everywhere. Others, the hernia is too heavy, This hotel can see that it wants to do well. It is really better to find a good operating company to pull the positioning directly. The customers who do this price product really have everyone. Now the environment is so bad. I hope this good hotel can operate better and better.

The hotel environment and facilities are very good. The first thing I came into contact with was the hotel's parking lot. The parking spaces are wide and sufficient. Next, the waiters were enthusiastic and courteous, especially the waiter who explained the hotel services and facilities opening hours to us. I remember him. The employee number is A2370. He not only enthusiastically explained to us the good places around the hotel, but also helped us arrange a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. In terms of rooms, the basic requirements must be cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel not only achieves these two points, but is also somewhat special in design. The room type I booked is tatami, which I feel is very comfortable and special. Another very important thing is that the environment around the hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is very suitable for couples to take wedding photos here at sunrise and sunset.

We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. L hotel is so near to the border from Macau. The hotel receptionist and cleaners are all very attentive. This is not my 1st time stay, previously came with my family.

Second time I've stayed here opposite the school I work with. This is a very friendly and easy going place to stay. It is a little cheaper than the few other surrounding hotels and big rooms with lots of breakfast options. I also like staying here due to close by to hiking up the hill and other places to go running by the ocean...

Location is good. Opposite road has Walmart and some local shopping. Plenty of food choices on both sides of the hotel. Easy bus no 62 to Chimelong Ocean park opposite side but take 1 hr

We had no issues staying at the hotel during two nights...except some ...I'd say, some lack of soundproofing. The problem isn't a critical one, but would be good to have ”thicker” walls. Personal were helpful, room was cosy and clean enough. The parking lot could be more spacious. Nevertheless, I parked without any problems - a guard helped a lot directing me. There is a non-fast electric car charger at the parking. But quantity of ”electrified places is quite limited ( 2 cars only as far as I remember.... correct me if I am wrong). General impression about our stay - good.
