After seeing many homestays and hotels, I finally booked Mr. Ye and got the room with a nervous mood. Both parents and children thought it was great. The room was clean and clean. I saw the hotel on Xiaohongshu. I wanted to book a hotel close to Chimelong. I recommend this hotel for Chimelong. It is convenient for transportation and eating. It may be because the surrounding area is relatively old. The hotel facilities are also old. The food and drinks around are relatively scattered. You can take a walk at night to find good food. It is an old hotel. If you don’t have high expectations, you will be pleasantly surprised. The hotel housekeeper is also very patient and the bed is clean. I live on the 6th floor and see the landmark buildings of Macau. It is quite interesting. Unfortunately, I didn’t take photos. The roadside parking is also cheap, five yuan a day. I came here for this trip. The overall stay is relatively comfortable.

First things first: the decoration is relatively new and complete. The hygiene is very good and the service is also good. It is close to Hengqin Port and is convenient for customs clearance. You can just walk there. After visiting Zhuhai Chimelong, we took a taxi to the hotel and passed through Macau the next day.
Let’s talk about the imperfections: the slippers, the quality of the slippers is really poor and they were torn overnight. Also, the light switch is so smart that we don’t know how to control it.

DDavis LimLove Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel.
The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest.
A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase.
The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

Lewis Wei's service in the front hall is very warm! It makes people feel warm. The hotel's hardware facilities are also excellent. The rooms are decorated in a modern and tasteful style, spacious and bright, and the layout is reasonable. PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service.
2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer.
A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........
3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests.
4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good.
5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food.....
6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world.
The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel.
The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles.
We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable!
Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. We had a truly five-star experience at the hotel.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
