The front desk staff were warm and considerate. The room type I booked was not available at the time, so they upgraded me to a room type. There was freshly ground coffee for breakfast. I don’t know where it is next to the hotel. The rumbling cars were noisy all night, and the hotel toiletries were all there. Herborist brand, the housekeeper seems not to be responsible, the indoor hygiene is not good, garbage remains on the floor, the hand sanitizer bottle is empty, can't be squeezed out at all, and I don't know how to refill it. It seems that the overall management of the housekeeping department is very lacking. The air in the room is not good. The smell of old furniture is mixed with the smell of cigarette smoke and other strong smells caused by crowds of people. The small red dot on the ceiling flashed all night. I don’t know what kind of detection it is. The whole house is intelligently controlled. Xiaoyi’s voice is very diligent. The facilities are quite good, please manage them well.

This hotel is very modern and the lobby is on the 11F. It is very convenient to Zhuhai Railway Station and not far to the sea. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer on the 10F was very convenient and it was free with laundry detergent. Would be nice to have another washer/dryer so people don't need to wait for just the one, but can't complain. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay here next time I'm in Zhuhai.

The hotel environment is very worth mentioning. There are two large-scale enterprises near the hotel (if you remember correctly). The surrounding mountains are surrounded by the air. Very clear and quiet and comfortable, The front desk staff who stayed on the 29th did not remember the name. It was close to 12 o'clock that night. She helped us upgrade the room. The room equipment was very new and the bed was just right. This was to give her a thumbs up. When checking out, Xiao Li and Comrade Xiong were also very good.
