The team went out to play on Qi'ao Island and saw other party villas on the island. There were some problems with outdated, unclean equipment or unreasonable beds. Seeing the photos of Aiqiao’s home, I thought it was good, but there were no comments. I took a bet and booked this one and I was really satisfied.
Aiqiao’s villa is housed in two houses A and B in the same yard. The 11 of us rented house B with a total of 8 double rooms. Building A seems to have 7 double rooms, and Building B has a KTV. Building A did not have it, so I rented Building B.
The location of the villa is not close to the main street. In a small alley, although the location is written as Nanteng Street, it actually needs to go in through Wusi Street. When I first went, I went into Nanteng Street by mistake. trouble. But the advantage of being in a small alley is that it won't be noisy.
The yard is very spacious and can be parked. There are two stone platforms for barbecues and a small plastic swimming pool, but it rained on the night we went, so we couldn’t barbecue outside.
The two buildings A and B also share an outdoor area with a pool table instead of an open canopy.
There is a long wooden table on the first floor of Building B, which can seat more than ten people, and an automatic mahjong table. The KTV equipment is also very advanced, you can order songs online with your mobile phone, and there is also a bathroom in the KTV.
There are three rooms on the second and third floors of Building B. Two rooms with a 1.5m double bed are located inside and share a bathroom. There is also a 1.8m double room on the balcony with a separate bathroom. On the second and third floors, The configuration is the same; there are two 1.5-meter double rooms on the fourth floor, sharing a bathroom.
The overall impression of this villa is that it is very clean, tidy and new. Whether it is the bedroom, bathroom, living room or KTV, all the facilities are very satisfactory. (I have been to the party villa in Conghua, Guangzhou before, and garbage can always be found in the corners. Some facilities are broken and not repaired, but this is not the case in this villa.)
The villa provides fresh bottled water, as well as a refrigerator and kettle for use. You can use plastic slippers, but you should bring your own towels and bath towels. The toilet in the bathroom is very clean, the shower head is also in normal use, the bathroom has a hair dryer, but the disadvantage is that the bathroom does not have a socket, and it is inconvenient to blow your hair.
On the whole, the villa is really beautiful, the environment is also very good, the facilities are also very good, the sanitation is also very good, the landlord is also very enthusiastic, it can be seen that the maintenance and operation are really attentive.
