This is my first time staying at this hotel. The environment is okay and relatively clean. The front desk on the night of the 4th was very good and the service was enthusiastic. When I checked out around 11 a.m. on April 6th, the front desk service was not good. I had been indifferent and perfunctory when renewing my room the night before. It was still the same on the morning of the 6th. I also had a cold and perfunctory attitude when checking out. I didn’t want to say more. Not a single smiling face.
