***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.

In addition, the hotel also has complete entertainment facilities and leisure places. Gyms, swimming pools, etc. are all available, allowing me to relax while enjoying the fun of sports. Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

Having a night stay at the Venetian was an absolute delight. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was immediately captivated by the awe-inspiring view of the iconic Macau landscape. It served as a magnificent backdrop and truly showcased one of Macau's most renowned attractions, leaving an indelible mark on me as a tourist. The breakfast experience surpassed all expectations, offering a wide array of restaurants to choose from. With our one-night stay, we had the opportunity to indulge in a variety of cuisines served in different establishments. It was a truly delightful and invigorating experience, made even better by the attentive hotel staff who promptly catered to our every need. We are sincerely grateful for their exceptional service.

Travel with parents The view was amazing and all conditions were good but there’s no lotion in the bathroom I checked with the desk for checkout time but someone else claimed it was an hour early That’s confusing

We’re a family of 5 and we had a wonderful stay at the Somerset. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and charismatic. They made all efforts to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the hotel car available to drive us to some of the attractions we wanted to go. One of our kids had a small accident in the room and we had to take him to the hospital. The staff took care of the transportation, and even of of them came with us to help with communication. Breakfast is also very good, with a variety of dishes every day. The hotel also has some facilities for kids such as the kids club. We will come back for sure and we strongly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

Hotel location is general, but cost-effective, very suitable for self-driving travel, double room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with refrigerator and sink, you can simply cook some food, go to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom for two days, you can live for 2 to 3 days. The surrounding facilities are not too convenient. It is recommended to buy it in the big supermarket and do it. You can buy takeaways directly to the room.

The hotel was just okay. The walls are super thin, which makes it hard to sleep. My bath tub wasn't working so i had to call reception, & when they came to fix it, i asked the water temperature because its luke warm, NOT hot & i was told ”thats just the way it is”... Also they have very limited ways of taking the deposit, their machines wouldn't take my visa debit card, master credit card or my union pay card, so at 10:30pm i had to take a taxi all the way back to the airport to withdraw money! also the ”shuttle bus” they have doesn't include the airport, and only starts at 11:45 am.

10 min drive from the HK-ZHUHAI-Macau bridge, and next to a subway station. Lying in an area of newly developed luxurious housing estates, the neighbourhood is tranquil. Reasonably priced serviced apartment 8-min walk to the exhibition centre, a cheaper alternative to the 5-star hotels there. Equipped with hairdryer, electrical stove, kettle, washing machine and fridge to meet the needs of long stayers. Rooms are big enough. Just that not many shops and restos inearby, and no TV but only online programmes are available.
