1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

Nothing much to eat around but it's located near the beautiful beach. Rooms are clean without any bad /cigarette smells - which is rare in China. The room is spacious with double - double bed setting. The only thing that I don't like is the shower. Water pressure is low and the shower head could not be set at a steady position.

Super nice hotel with resort like atmosphere. Check in was a smooth process and they even helped carry my luggages to my room. Room had nice views of the ocean and city. Located in a quiet area of Zhuhai so it was a great place to relax and recover. The best part was it had a full size tub to relax at night. Hotel had automatic curtains so it was super easy to open and close with blackout curtains. Had a great rest and would definitely come back again when I am seeking for relaxation. In terms of restaurants, this hotel has two locations in the same building, one French and one Chinese. The chinese restaurant has dimsum so if you need a nice breakfast, you don’t have to leave the building.

The hotel is a long-established five-star resort hotel with relatively complete facilities and a good location. It is right on Couple's Road after exiting the gate. The environment is very beautiful. There is a lake and it is very convenient to go for a walk on the beach. There is a food street opposite the main building and the transportation is convenient. recommend!

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

I experienced a homestay in Zhuhai for two nights, but neither was satisfactory, mainly because the environmental sanitation was not very good. I decided to stay in a hotel for the last night and it was much more comfortable~~~ The main attractions of this B&B are the ocean balls and slides, which are indeed very popular with children. They have a great time playing, but adults are more worried about hygiene. First of all, the upstairs is very stuffy and has no ventilation. Two adults I slept one night with my two children, and when I woke up the next day, I had a cough, a sore throat, and a runny nose. Secondly, the mattress was laid directly on the bed upstairs, with a big cushion at the head of the bed. The child was playing on the bed and shouted loudly that it was dirty. When I saw it, there were several big mold marks, so I had no choice but to move the things away. After taking it away, the mattress was exposed, so I had to pull up the sheets to cover it. Thirdly, the top of the slide is transparent, and thick dust can be seen. It is unknown what is going on inside the ocean ball. Again, there was a glass door in a space next to the bed upstairs. There was thick dust inside. It must have been unsanitary! Again, don't think about the service attitude at the front desk. When you talk to her, she always responds coldly and looks impatient. Once again, the hair dryer is also very poor. The hair dryer falls off and stops after blowing it for two times. It needs to be cooled down before it can be started again. It takes a long time to blow dry your hair. All in all, most B&Bs are scams, and the ones managed by hotels are more reliable. I didn’t give a negative review on this experience because the kids still liked it.
