"Traveling to Macau with my kids, I booked this hotel due to its convenient location near the border gate and the high-speed rail station. The location is excellent, and the service is also good. Although the room is small, the amenities are quite complete, and the attention to detail is impressive, such as the clothes rack next to the shower and the toilet seat covers provided. The concierge staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good experience!"

"My overall experience at the Pullman Zhuhai was fantastic. The hotel's location near Gongbei Port makes it super convenient for getting around, whether you're heading into the city or over to Macau. The lobby's modern and minimalist design, with a touch of French elegance, instantly puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The room itself was spacious and well-laid out, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was just right – soft yet supportive – and I slept soundly for several nights. My favorite feature was definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, offering city views that became especially atmospheric when the lights came on at night. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower with stable water pressure, which was a big plus. The service truly deserves praise. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and professional. Housekeeping was also very responsive; I asked for extra bottled water, and it arrived within minutes. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, and the quality was excellent. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg station and noodle bar."

"My stay last night at the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel's Executive Deluxe King Room was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern and sophisticated decor. The service on the executive floor was also incredibly attentive. The biggest highlight for me was the hotel's location – it's superbly convenient for transportation. Just downstairs, you'll find the Qianshan Intercity Railway Station and Qianshan Bus Terminal, making it super easy to travel to various parts of Zhuhai by intercity rail or by bus. Within walking distance of the hotel are several large shopping malls: Universal City, Huafa Shangdu, and Fuhuali are all just a 15-20 minute stroll away, offering a complete range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. It offers the perfect blend of peace and quiet amidst the city's vibrancy, coupled with unparalleled convenience. For both business and leisure travelers, this is an excellent choice."

When I called ahead and mentioned we had a child, Ken, a staff member, kindly upgraded our room and prepared some children's amenities. The service was very thoughtful, and the breakfast was excellent, offering both Western and Chinese options to cater to different tastes. The only minor issue was a slight smell of smoke in the room. It was clear they had tried to air it out, but for non-smokers, it was still noticeable."

"Hotel has seen better days, I didn't expect worn laminate flooring in a 4-star hotel. But the room was only a fraction of the Western prices of this chain, and the view was spectacular. Gongbei port for Macau is not really walking distance from here, but the taxi was easy to catch and really cheap. Breakfast was great, also had some continental selection."
